Good effort… frankly speaking this is NOT the traditional method of preparing Bangalore Kutt…. Some very important ingredients (which are more important for this unique dish) are missing-- like, Almonds, dry coconut, butter, small onion, (sambar-onion), small tomatoes (cherry tomatoes), etc, with out these ingredients Bangalore Kutt is incomplete….. besides, I am not satisfied with the steps (method) taken in preparation, and the term optional is not found in Bangalore Kutt recipe…. It’s a kind of “Chaloo Kutt I can say”😂😂😂.. Anyway, congratulations for introducing Bangalore Kutt…
