1/4cup chanadall
1/4cup toordall
1/4cup moongdall
1/4cup masoordall
2large size onions
1medium size tomato
6tsp garlic paste
6tsp ginger paste
3tsp red chilli powder (lal mirch)
3tsp coriander powder (dhaniya)
1tsp haldi (turmeric)
1/2tsp garam masala
1 inch cinnamon
2cloves
2 cardamom
2/3cup oil
salt as per taste
pudina chutney
2handfull of pudina
1/2 coconut
lemon size tamarind (emli)
salt as per taste
4-5 garlic cloves
3-4 green chili
