Copperloy's edge of dock levelers are ideal for the economical loading or unloading of trucks from most dock positions. With a simple pull of the handle, the lip plate will lift over the truck height, resting securely on the trailer.
Available in 20,000 or 30,000-pound capacities, Copperloy edge of dock levelers are manufactured in 66, 72, 78, and 84-inch widths and can be easily installed. Our edge of dock leveler is capable of servicing truck heights 5 inches above or below dock levels.
All units come factory-tested and maintenance is limited to the lubrication of hinges, which come equipped with grease fittings. Linkage part pivots have lubricated-for-life bearings, which greatly increase product longevity with no need for additional maintenance.
Dual extension springs allow for easy and smooth lift assistance. The 10 by 13-inch molded bumpers are made from our special blend of reinforced rubber and are mounted to a steel box frame to ensure the maximum protection of the dock leveler. A steel-faced bumper guard option is also available. Hydraulic activation is available on any new or existing Copperloy edge of dock.

hi. i have a question. when the lip of the dock plate is pulled bk and does not lock so that when you push forward it sets itself open in the trailer. does this mean it is not working properly?
