Get your blood sugar level tested (far objects) and get an eye test ("accommodation" - reading vision).
But stay calm :)

I have glaucoma in my right eye. I was getting cloudy vision in the evening after some screen time. I thought it was my glaucoma pressure spiking causing the blurry vision. It was alarming. It turned out to be dry eye. I took some quality artificial tears and did the 20/20 method mentioned in the video. Things are much better.
