I absolutely adore Eric's designs.. they are different he thinks outside the box and they are way more capable at outdoor use than people give them credit for. Also people don't understand how avid and outdoorsman Eric is so there is a lot of thought that goes into these designs. I'll be honest with your brother this is one of my favorite knives to stick in my belt for my nighttime walk it screams weapon and stabby but if that's all you use it for you miss the boat. I thought you did an amazing job man all the way through. We got some great looks at the knife and you were able to use it like it's supposed to be used

Great review. I finally had a chance to get out and use mine. One tough SOB. Great for feather sticking baton or couple of wheel barrels full of wood. Some really hard some pretty good but the carnivore is a champ.

What's good is the open handle that doesn't have finger scallops and dictates the hold and use of the knife so it's got more versatility.
