One key factor if you’re buying one ski to do all your skiing is to think what the most frequent conditions will be most of the days you use that ski. We see skiers who ski in typical New England fast, firm and frozen conditions on groomed trails asking for a 100 mm waisted ski as their one ski quiver. Actually something in the mid 80’s would probably be a better choice. The Brahma 88 or Kendo 88 are my daily drivers in NE. Out in Utah where they actually get frequent snow you can’t go wrong with the 90+ to 100 mm waist range. The Enforcer 100 or Rustler 9 have been two of my Utah favorites.
