@Filip Gasic I think xqc said that saying u have med bay was metagaming or something and that he doesn't like ppl using it clear themselves during discussion time. I think (can't remember exactly) his point was that crewmates should have to play smart by being observant and doing their tasks individually during the rounds and shouldn't rely on teaming up and just accusing ppl who r unaccounted for i.e. everyone agreeing to go to med bay together.

They should add a difficulty higher where you don’t know if an imposter is voted off, like a really realistic version. So the only way for the crew mates to really win is to do all the tasks. Because they don’t know if they’ve voted them off correctly or not but once they are all gone al the tasks are completed crewmates win.
