The thing is that xqc doesnt really use vents and holes which is kinda frustrating, thats why sometimes he's caught redhanded just by walking out of the scene
Just like his first impostor game here, after killing jayc, he didnt used the hole, most of the situation based on what ive watched so far in this series, being far on the body is better than being close to it, you might not have an alibi, but you can see others while youre inside the hole or vent, then make a plausible excuse based on it.
He also strongly enforces logic whether he's an impostor or not, when the goal is that impostors deceive others, logically or not, or in this case, psychologically, he doesnt really get that, logic is shit here if you really dont know who's lying at first, or if the truth perceive is really true, only in middle to late stages of the game will then the logic be passable based on the situation, for example, VERIFIED crewmates that can be trusted on their statements.

The main thing that XQC does that throws is that he doesn't report the bodies immediately, risking himself dying which gives more kills to the imposters
I think he is actually just a bad player when he's imposter. He makes up a bunch of excuses of why he loses and thinks he loses to people being trash or luck. There are multiple occasions where he self incriminates himself and then calls bullshit.
