A cheap electrolytic in that application? What were they thinking? The bulged case top was a dead giveaway that it was defective. I like that Energizer Performance Meter of yours. Is it still available?

I got the Energizer performance meter from another repair place that was getting out of the business. Tru-Test used to make/sell one years ago, but I haven't seen one available from them in years. Back when they were offering it, it was pretty pricey.
