The default fan speed configuration in all Razer blades doesn't let them reach their maximum, the user has to do it manually and is the only way to play on these laptops without thermal throttling the device.
nah you can undervolt cpu a bit and it will reduce it by 5-10 degrees

This is actually so thin and clean, one of the best laptop I've ever own.
I like how the rtx 3080 ti can't handle minecraft at max but runs at least 60 high on cyberpunk
Minecraft Java is horribly optimized surprisingly, what helped me was reinstalling windows completely/factory reset the laptop. And turning Minecraft to high priority.

@@shagadelic3000 Everyone buying a laptop with dGPUs (rtx 3060 and above) knows they aren't gonna perform equivalent of their desktop counterparts, but it's a bit tough to carry that entire pc in your backpack when your use case demands a portable machine.

That's perfectly normal for CPU Temps. If those were GPU Temps, however, I would be very concerned. Check your own CPU Temps next time you're gaming and you'll see.
@@roguebond4543 uh no it’s not. That’s concerning temperatures even for a gaming laptop. It’s thermal throttling in the most easy games to run and it’s lifespan is going to be cut short. Compare to other laptops which are higher quality and cheaper such as the Legion 5 series from Lenovo. Equal performance and easily cooler and does not go over 80C. This was a pathetic excuse of a gaming laptop from Razer that costs $3000+

You should test next with only a dedicated monitor and gsync. Might be better because its hdmi 2.2 port is direct connected to the card unlike the onboard display.

The Razer Blade 14 has good cooling because of the vapor chamber cooling system. I'm not sure if the 2022 model of the 15 has that since last years didn't. The fan can get kinda loud though if you play on high settings or just alot. but you could always put the volume on high, or wear earphones. Also you can always tweak performance settings to avoid overworking the fan as I do. I set GPU to High and CPU to low or medium when gaming and it never gets real hot or obnoxiously loud.

Asus AMD Advantage does the job but sadly FSR is not widely adopted but you get 12-16 GB VRAM.

Mine is a rog zephyrus alan walker edition. Run every game smooth only warzone and cities skyline that struggle. It cost me 1300 dollars. If you buy an pc for over 5k then it has to be a super computer or something.

This laptop has very bad rating because it thermal throttles a lot. You can even see the temp of CPU above 85°C + almost all time.
Cpu temp it's normal for this new version in intel because all laptops it's like thet temp it's powerful cpu and it's good to 85 temperature it's fin

Perfectly fine Temps for CPU. If those were GPU Temps, you would be at the highest possible threshold before performance begins stuttering due to heat. Much higher than that (for GPU) and the PC would auto power down. These being CPU Temps is just fine and standard. Check your own CPU Temps before criticizing somebody and making yourself look like an ass.

i cannot fathom how hot that thing gets. i have a 2020 razerblade 15 advanced and on anything close to spring weather it's becomes a hotplate, ive gotta watch chassis temps to keep the battery safe, i suspect battery issues arise from the intense heat generated by the hardware, and i think maybe, just maybe, the 3080ti might be a bit much for that chassis to handle
Yeah you are correct about the situation of razer blade 15 advanced as I benchmarked the same laptop on my channel too on different games and it gets really hot, i think we should wait on issues about the rtx 3080ti temp until we can't get more videos on the same laptop gpu, btw I thinking of buying the same laptop for benchmarking on my channel but scared of not getting any views on the same 😭

Razer makes amazing products but recent years have shown poor after-sales support; and components like cooling and fans have higher fault rating.
Their laptops are dated out the box. Low wattage gpus and horrible thermals its odd. Plus the screen and bezels are also dated.

It is because by default Turbo boost is on. Better switch it off, in most cases it is not needed because cpu is not loaded that much in games. They are rely on vram mostly. I switched off turbo boost and the cpu temp is not getting higher than 80deg. Also in normal usage balde does not even turn on the coolers.

@@pikachu5647Did you know? i have beat FarCry New Dawn using my UHD 630, average FPS was literally 18, and i have beaten the game on Easy Mode and Medium Mode, going for Hard Mode now.
Just for anyone looking to buy this: if you use it a lot/game hard regularly it WILL overheat. My buddy has legitimately sworn never to buy a gaming laptop ever again due to this being the second razer product to pretty much melt itself into uselessness
Imagine associating all gamer products with Razer trash, just because you bought an overly thin 75W 3080 Blade doesn't mean gaming laptops are prone to overheating, any Legion 5 or Omen 16 or any laptop worth their dirt in cooling can handle anything under 70c

@@zeldar5120 can run 32 chunks with BSL shaders on my 4090 peasant. Java edition w Sodium, lithium, starlight, iris and DistantHorizons goes craaazzyyyy
Edit: anyone with these mods can expect huge performance and should be able to get to about 20 chunks no shaders even on a i7-4790 + something like a 560Ti

14:30 I dont think its an issue with the laptop, minecraft is just like this, barely uses your GPU and runs really awful. I have a 2060 and on like 10 chunk render distance i get like 50fps yet only 20-30% of my GPU is being used.
That is because minecraft allocates only 2gb of ram from the start look up how to change it and your welcome
Mc is cpu heavy that's why it doesnt run the best. Mc doesnt need to use your gpu a lot at all and you dont need much ram either it is just very cpu heavy
