looks like the arm rests should swap[ sides. the cutout should wrap around the seat

The tyres are not puncture proofed, but can be with a anti puncture solution. 👍

@@sharonhawke4774 Solid tyres on a scooter like a breeze would reduce its ride comfort by about 40% and it would not work so well off road either.
Most off road vehicles, the tyre pressure is reduced to give more grip and a much less chance of a puncture. If you run solid tyres off-road they will have far less grip and spin more.

Quite a few people use their higher rate Motability allowance to buy one on a 3yr lease.
