Thanks for all your videos on def injector cleaning , maybe the injector and the input to the scr should be cleaned out every 12 months or every 12,000 miles ? but that would spoil the dealer quoting £2k to fix the problem . You deserve every £ you earn from your knowledge .
As usual helpful JLR, only the easy expensive solution suggested. Don’t want to do any real work and get their hands dirty……don’t pay enough to fund the £5 million showrooms😳

Thanks for all these videos. I had an XE and now drive an F-Pace and have had the NOX exceedence codes. I reset codes and counters and added Wynns Addblue treatment to the addblue tank and so far all seems well. I know what to do know if it comes back. 👍👍

I have a jaguar xf 2.0 and i cannot erase the NOx exceedance codes. They come back roght after clearing them.... there is a new adblue injector in it adblue is topped up. New NOx sensor. I dont know anymore any idea?
The addblue system is such a disaster creating a point of failure. I had an addblue fault just as I was to board a ferry to Ireland. I proceeded expecting a main dealer to assist. The ever helpful dealers could not see me for 2 months ! I did manage to get the fault codes cleared as I was in a desperate situation.

always get these locked out none start ...reset to give them 31 mls till won't restart but as long as you turn off start stop and don't turn off you could do over 200 mls in most cars carpet tape over the ignition key /switch stops them turning off till at a place suitible repair
Hello when you add product to clean the adblue injector and the catalyst the poor quality adlue nox sensor on the dashboard because this is the product it will detect?
Great video just when you disconnected adblue injecter you didn't show if fluid was coming out of injecter should it spray out or is it a dribble when car is running thanks for these videos as learning a great deal about adblue systems
Sorry was having a strange issue with the active testing where it would have a communication error wile the car was raised. When the car was lowered it would connect. 🤷🏻♂️

@@danielgreenbaum8875 normal working adblue injector isualy has 3 tiny spray nozzles that do short bursts

As I saw your videos about this ℹ issue, after clean adblue injector and crystallization around the tank hole, you add something like cleaning liquid with small compressor machine and pushing liquid into tank and after all, starting engine to clean the whole line. I saw other viedo some mechanics guys only clean the Adblue injector & crystallization around hole thank ( NOT CLEAN INSIDE THE TANK ) and message will remove from dashboard message center, plz check this link czcams.com/video/vJmUWVlnyT4/video.html
My question : Is it okay after clean adblue injector and crystallization around hole tank then by pass pushing liquid cleaner into the tank and leave it with out this step ?
