Thanks for sharing mate! I love these shows even though I don't have your knowledge they are always interesting! Thanks for sharing sir! Looking forward to watching part 2!! Thanks care, Steve. 👍👍
Nice one bro your boss looked quite happy with her purchase,. Never have anything like this down here in NZ. Looking forward to see the C47's flying over Normandy on the 6th June for the 75th anniversary of D-Day, i'm sure there will be plenty of videos taken. That tent was interesting. All the best
Thanks Ken, I too and looking forward to D day celebrations, I live under the flight path of Duxford, a WWII airfield where they do air shows from. I can sit in the garden and see/ hear a big number of WW II aircraft on show days and for free !
Enjoyed that , as usual. Some lovely looking stuff there. Loving the Stg44... and the FG42 is another I would like as a mate for the Stg44 , but don't think they do a rimfire 22lr version yet that is UK-legal. I loved German handguns. They were lovely to shoot. The broomhandled Mauser was a favourite. When we had to hand handguns in I went in my local nick to do so and they just had a plastic bin with about thirty b'handles in it. The cop said just toss your stuff in there mate. Not sure he was happy with my Russian sounding reply... It ended in 'off', like a lot of Russian names do . Luger and the P38 were also superb, comfortable , very well mannered , and in the eighties relatively bloody cheap as most wanted the fancy new semi autos... Not me . That sten clone with the vertical mag, MP-3008. Originally designed as a cheap and cheerful Urban sweeper for the Volksturm. Love the Lewis, Vickers, BAR ... I once asked an armourer at the Enfield Lock Ordnance why they never accurised the BAR and slapped a decent scope on . He said he had 'no effin clue, they were stupid ', semi auto, 20 round mags, = accurised one man suppression squad with insane lethality . Always soak up these vids, love them . Wish that show was closer. How many you got ? Keep 'em coming .
Thanks for sharing this, Mack, Looked good. Off to Part 2 now ;) Cheers.............Les
