Personally, I think this is an incredibly helpful video about thru-hiking resupply shipping for the AT. So many little "after thought" tips such as "don't seal your package until it's ready to be shipped". You never know what else might need to be included. Changing up the food, include timely gear, add a treat, plan for standard items such as a new toothbrush, contact lenses, etc. #priceless

Lueko tape can be found at pharmacy retail stores in my small rural area. Big box stores never carry it. Drug stores like Walgreens, Drug Mart, etc... Nice vid

Good video, I am a newby, too much info...lol...don't know if I'm gonna bother with the resupply.....however I remain open to that....to me.... adventure includes not knowing when or where you r going to eat ..lol...I prefer to just get the proper gear and deal with the food thing once I am out there...nothing is more motivating then the hustle for food...lol...trek on bro!!!!!
The good thing is just about any road junction can get you into a town within 10-15 minutes. You just need a thumb and a big smile.
Yes, please take a few extra minutes and wash the gear you send back home. Your mail person, loved one, or friend will appreciate it. 🙊🤢😶
