Finally! I can’t believe it took you so long to react to this gem! You are totally right that the band needs to get some credit! The piano guy is a master, the bass is so sassy, the drums are so tight! „The vibes“ are an important part of the whole „Gigi experience“. The contribution of a live band to the whole feel cannot be valued enough!
There's just nothing like the classics. Every time I hear these songs, especially how they do them justice, it totally brings the nostalgia. I miss songs like this. Not thay there aren't any good ones today but there's also nothing like the classics. And Gigi has no business being up there doing Chaka Khan's ministry but man oh man. She sure gave it justice and them some. I also love thenrasp and grit that comes out at times. ❤❤❤❤❤🔥🔥🔥🔥
