I have a ACS580 VFD drive. I am facing a problem with auxiliary fan. The fan burned after 3-4 days. And after replace the fan, auxiliary fan fault continuous occurring. I have replaced the control card but not solved. Please help me
Hi brother , now since acs550 is absolute i need to replace it with acs 580. but in acs550 the frequency references (1103) i selected is 1. which is the similar parameter in ACS 580 ?
One of my VFDs is running with a fixed frequency 50Hz and it was running smoothly but nowadays the frequency becoming less than the fixed frequency(35Hz) suddenly. What is the cause for behaving like that?
ramp to stop means - drive will take some time (20 seconds) to stop the motor after giving STOP command. And: stop to coast is Emergency OFF, means to suddenly stop the motor

22.11 for Ext1 speed ref1
22.18 for Ext2 speed ref1

Sir mere drive me 5091 fault code aa rha drive start nhi ho rha hai kya problem ho sakta hai
Safe torque off ka issue hai.
Check safety circuit connection. Yellow color ka ek slot rehta hai control board me. Wo loose hua hoga. Check that once.
