I've owned everything from $250+ custom Tier 1s to $25 Amazon holsters and nothing beats the Sport Tuck for *safe* all day carry when you're wearing athletic clothes or need to tuck your shirt in. You get a regular belly band without retention and you'll end up like the FBI agent who's gun when flying lol.
I have one also and I love it. The only issue I have is I have kind of a big belly and the buckle on the belly band digs into my belly if I wear it around my waste below my belly. So I wear it a little higher around my belly. And it still conceals good.
Wow that seems to be the one that I was looking for since the Crossbreed flopped. Thank you so much for the info! Earned yourself a new subscriber buddy!
Returned it....the metal part that u loop the belly band through is extremely uncomfortable when bending over. Also needs more velcro to attach too when wrapping it over. Very disappointing.
I agree with the discomfort of the metal loop in certain situations but as far as the Velcro, I accidentally ordered one size two small so it barley goes over enough but that’s my bad. I didn’t account for a gun being inside the band when I was calculating waist size. Other than that I love it! Especially compared to its competitors.
Yes! I think this could 100% be used for appendix carry. I personally don’t love appendix cause I have a belly but I do sometimes. This is actually more comfortable for appendix for me vs having a kydex holster on a belt.
@@Givey8 thanks for letting me know! I was wondering if the cant was adjustable for a strict straight up draw. I'm tied between this and the Comfortac for just running use
J Tarkov No problem! You can adjust the cant on this holster so you would be able to achieve that vertical draw. I have not tried the comfortac but If you are running I think I would go with this one. The fact that this Bellyband has adjustable retention and it’s not just an elastic band and a snap holding your gun. Definitely a different price point but it’s worth it in my opinion.
Brady Bates I believe this only is confirmed capable for alien gear ShapeShift and cloak tuck holsters. If the holster has the same distance in between the clips I don’t see why it wouldn’t work though.
I have. It uses any existing IWB holster. The problem with that is that many IWB holsters don't have any sort of cloth backing to go against your skin when using a belly band. I suppose if you paired it with something like the Alien Gear holster shown here, it would be alright, but it's the same price (or actually a little more if I remember) as the AG belly band and not as nicely made.
Not a whole lot, it’s more of a neoprene-like material rather than elastic which I actually like. I’m a 36-38 waist depending on the pants. So I ordered a Medium which covers 32”-39” so I’m right on the edge so it’s kind of a tight fit cause I didn’t account for the gun being inside the waist. So I would order a size up on the band especially if you’re on the tail end of the sizing to account for your gun being on the inside.
@@Givey8 Thx...I wear 38-40 size jeans but of corse if I measure with a tape it's more than that. If get a size up I wonder if there is enough velcro so the end of the belt won't hang.
I would just go with a large in your case. Because with my 36-38 waist and the medium belt the Velcro has just enough room to come through the loop and fold back, any bigger and I might have problems haha

This is exactly what I have been looking for. Thank you for this review.
Finally the review I've been looking for!

No problem! Glad I could help you out, thanks again for the sub. Much appreciated! More videos to come!
Ty for your time. Will keep your review in mind.
Combines an IWB with a belly band. An intriguing idea to consider. I like.
Thanks for review! Watched your crossbreed review too and going with AlienGear
No problem! Glad I could help!
Thanks so much...I also saw your other crossbreed review. Going with this one as well...greatly appreciate taking the time to do this.

That metal loop is the worst.
Is there any problem that it would accidentally press the mag release when you sit or bend down?
Can I run with this? Does it stay close to the body and not bounce around ?
Thanks for the review. The system is a bit pricey.
Do you think that this would be good rotated forward in appendix carry? I've got a 3.5" comact I want in front with a bellyband while running.

I would question this product due to the small size of the actual band itself. Looks like eventually your holster will end up flopping forward.
Are you able to use IWB holsters by other manufacturers or does this only work with Alien Gear holsters?

Have u checked out the strapt band by clip&carry?

Is this a belly band you bought separately?
Does it work with other holsters?
The spacing of the horizontal straps is made for the AG holsters, but if your existing holster has the same spacing, it could work.
