Speaking nothing but facts.
Edit: Wow, Thanks everyone. I've never had so much engagement before despite the fact I've been streaming for like 8 years. If you want more of this I already have a lot more uploaded and plan to make more. Also, I stream a lot of Morrowind on Twitch with my multiplayer server if anyone is interested. Thanks So Much! ❤

I'll be joining you mate. Saving your channel and reinstalling morrowind.

@@Ondemas Indeed!
@@GregorianGangsta to be fair, I orefer the nerdy singleplayer immersion. But it still makes me curious!
The wave of dagoth shitposts is glorious
Someone really needs to use it to buff up the various Dagoth Ur mods. Particularly Great House Dagoth.
I'd like to imagine that Dagoth Ur, after being cooped up in Red Mountain for centuries, found some old Dwemer computer and now he can't help but shitpost all day long.
@@OrgusDin Someone's already uploaded one just the other day. 👍

I effing love ElevenAI. So many good Dagoth voicelines have been popping up recently because of it!
Ikr! It's Amazing! xD
No matter what happens, AI will have been worth it just for this.
Well hold your horses. They already censored the AI, like you can't use curse words anymore.
Now we should wait for open source solutions, corporate solutions will always be severely handicapped, degraded and limited.
When I was a young n'wah I thought the tower was a good sign. As I grew up, I realized how useless it was. Thank you Dagoth Ur for spreading your wisdom.
The tower is fine at the very beginning of the game. But it, like most of the other signs, become obsolete/useless as we reach the 35 hr+ mark.
@@AlphaSierraHotel117 Spell star signs for sure, but the attribute ones saves alot of trouble raising them for me for a good long while. So even if I'm running a mage (i'm always running mage), I go Lady. When I was 10 I would always get Steed because I had no patience for how slow movement was at the start of the game. But I believe the very first character I went with the Tower.
@@arathhunter IKR, My go to signs are now either the Lady or the Atronach. My very first sign that I picked back in Oblivion was the Ritual.
I usually picked the Steed to get a head start on my movement.
@@planescaped Just rush getting the Boots of the Apostle, Mara's Skirt, Boots of Blinding Speed, the Cuirass of the Savior's Hide, and the Ring of Phynaster. Never worry about speed again. You can do all of that in the first hour or two, if you know where everything is. Renders The Steed worthless.
N'wahs be like "This build sucks".
My brother in ash, you made the build.
Hearing Dagoth Ur drop the F bomb is one of the best things that has graced my ears.
At 1:30 his "wow" I felt that so hard. That dissapointment is felt between us all when we read the Serpent sign for the first time lmao
😂 It's True!
He’s spitting straight facts and we should all listen.
Plays a Warrior.
Uses the Atronach sign.
Refuses to elaborate.
The Lovers
- increase your agility
- paralyze enemies
- drains your fatigue
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Low agility is what ruins warrior builds, sure the lady gives more stats overall and the endurance bump is godtier, but that agility boost really fixes early game issues especially for low agility races like nords.
Fatigue drain doesnt matter when potions of fatigue are everywhere. The Lover is easily the best sign in the game, that 60 second paralyze is insanely overpowered and you'll be using it from the beginning of the game all the way to the end.
@@Shmandalf I can't hear you over the sound of my free "feck off i'm trying to loot this tomb in peace, hold on I'm about to die I'm gonna heal back a huge chunk" Ritual.

I was just gona say. Yea it ended on a straight mic drop !
Bretons getting 200% extra magicka
Dagoth didn't have to call me out like that with the character sheet bit at the end.
When I was a small kid I legit thought that Warrior sign was the only way to play as a melee character, because only with this sign I’ve not missed every single hit lol. Good memories
having a skyrim player make a character in morrowind is like having a monopoly player learn the rules for dnd
It's so true. I played Skyrim since its release and only recently tried Morrowind. I love the atmosphere and graphics and can totally see what it does better than Skyrim but damm it was a little frustrating to learn. Still fun tho.
He's ranting but he is so soothing
"Complaining the combat is dated and can't even make a character sheet" I wish I had the power to show this to the world
You can certainly try! ;)
If Dagoth said stuff like this in the game I’d join the Sixth House
Shoot I would join the Sixth House anyway, Down with the accursed false gods of the Tribunal!
The lady is one of the Best
Truly!
Boost to both Endurance and Agility is great for getting high HP early on and ensures you can hit thinks with a relatively low weapon skill.
Its like the Midjourney of Voices... "N'wahs comin over here", love it.
Can't believe Dagoth Ur really said all this
LOL "Oh yes, most cursed indeed."
😂
More and more people are remembering Morrowind and I love it.
Always was a part of Memory
i allways choose the atronach because i can make a spell that refills all my mana, combine that with 30p spell absorption and 2x magika and you got a great battlemage
Breton Atronach is like "easy mode through player choice" in every elder scrolls game, quality merchandise
Atronach is trading your passive magica regen for a massive pool of magic and immunity to magic 50% of the time.
Even without exploits you can easily refill your entire magic pool with 1 quality potion of restore magica, and you'll have tons of money to do it with.
I just go Alchemist and have insane amounts mana all the time, the only good thing about the Atronach is the spell absorption
I'm waiting to get yelled for my choices and be like it ain't my fault. I'm an Atronach
😂
I want a mod that makes the birthsigns have way bigger impact in both negative and positive ways. Then you could randomly assign the birthsigns since you don't get to choose when you are born.
BAMF + Daedric Birthsigns + Randomised Chargen will do exactly that.
Please never stop making these
how this AI is so good?
No Idea, but I love it!
the tes3mp line my fucking sides im dying
Thanks lol, we know from experience!
Damn right about that last part lmao.
apprentice is trash because if you get a royal signet ring (THE BEST ring in the game) you only get 50% magic resist.
I mean i can argue for each of these Birth Signs on a very specific builds (still not the best though):
The Tower: it's generally recommended for new players to pick up either Nords or Redguards, since they are skilled in multiple weapon arts and are at base super tanky, but either have terrible magical stats (Redguards and Male Nords) or weak bad stats in thief stats (Nords in general), without any bonuses to Security makes it tought to get solid lockpicking chance without comprimising the rest of a build, and certain dungeons have multiple low level locks on which it feels bad to spend a scroll of Ondusi'a which costs around 200 gold, making the 50 point unlock you can instantly recharge by waiting 24h quickly pretty nice for these fighter builds
The Shadow: it's definitely not the best, but strict thief Khajiit/bosmer do actually benefit from it since they have weak magical stats and proper enchanting only comes abit later in the game, especially for newer players. However you must know how to use it, basically by starting the cast animation when you are outside a location then entering before it ends, becoming invisible immediately inside the location, which lets you navigate quickly and safely or start the fight off from stealth more easily, or pick a lock from without attracting attention of the people who live in said location since steslth starts off kinda weak early on. Still the weakest sign imo
The Serpent: i actually do genuinely like this and have used it for a fair few builds in my game, you should viee this spell strictly as an early game option since it does go down in effectiveness the stronger your skills get, but star curse deals a total of 90 damage to an enemyand 30 damage to the player at a 5 magicka cost and perfect casting chance
This spell is insanely magicka efficient, with the equivalent self made poison spells (without the damage self portion) costing 43 magicka at 52% chance, and the equivalent self made fire and frost spells costing 23 magicka with 73 chance (assuming a character with 40 destruction, 50 willpower and 50 luck which are very good starting stats impossible to reach by most races early game) this makes Star Curse the best damage dealer early game at any insane efficiency
With this in mind, and how annoying magic skills are to level, this spell slots in super well on Mage Characters without good access to destruction skill early on, thus is really good on Bretons, who have good starting magicka but no bonuses to destruction, AND 50% resistance to magic reducing it's damage to only 15 points, with their great tankiness through dragon skin and restoration spells Star-Curse provides excellent starting support damage for an early Breton, theough casting this and spamming absorb health is an amazing combo, and eventually just a really nice overall bonus when you're immune to Magic
Similar story for female Argonians, who don't suffer anything when it is reflected on them, and have no bonuses to Destruction, but bonus to mysticism letting you also cast Absorb Health to alleviate from the self damage (such as Righteousness)
Orc battlemages also do benefit from it since they are naturally healthy, without magical skills and reduce it's self damage to 22.5
I honestly do enjoy using the Serpent especially on Bretons and Orcs haha, but i wouldn't say any of these 3 are the absolute best Birth Sign ever, especially when Atronach is a thing that exists
no
Oblivion Atronach: Cripple yourself
Morrowind Atronach: Become ungovernable
I love this so much "dont know how to make a fucking character sheet"
"N'wahs coming over here saying it's got a dated combat system and don't even know how to make a proper fucking character sheet" is officially my favorite thing I've ever heard Dagoth Ur say.
Apprentice gang
Making a Breton Apprentice is awesome
"It says right here. Ah-hem." Lol.
This is actually great
Maybe if Lord Dagoth took the Atronach sign, he'd have survived that 300 point Drain Health spell I hit him with.
For my first run, I chose The Tower because it fit the theme of my build. It had an emphasis on speech and destruction magic.
I called it "The World Trade Center"
Nice!
Let him cook, N’wah.
I never beat Morrowind but now I feel like I should after watching these memes
This is incredible lmao!
15 voice lines for years and now there's an infinity of possibilities. ai will end humanity but right now we skoomin'
For sure someone has to make a skyrim dagoth voiced follower mod
Im a Lover fan myself. Combined with choosing Agility as starting atribute - you will end up with 65-85 agility. An attribute normally hard to come by, if you are not playing stealth character or doing min maxing. My fav character build so far is custom made altmer battlemage with endurance/agility as starting attributes and Lover. Great combat abilities and spellcasting, lackluster strength will grow from frequent weapon usage and acrobatics. And i use unarmored anyway so i dont need that much carry weight. Vulnerability to magic hardly matters.
Dagoth Ur's useful tips for eventually defeating him
These are so good
Is the sudden glut in Dagoth Ur memes a prelude to the final release of Skywind?
The Atronach lets you stack more and more spell absorbtion with the Necromancer's Amulet and the spear Greed to clown on casters. To make up for magicka restoration, you can even absorb the effects of the shrines like Saint Veloth's by trading some gold for absorbing to full magicka.
Damn, I felt called out on The Tower part lol
I remember the first time I played Morrowind (which was my introduction to the Elder Scrolls series) I picked the Serpent birth sign purely because I was an edgy little brat who thought it sounded like the coolest sign with a cool power. Then I tried out my cool new power on a mudcrab while I was at low health and it basically killed me.
One of my only laughs today, I needed this.
I start loveing you and your Channel :,D
Thanks so much! :>
Dagoth for president.
Bro cussing out the astrology moms
OMG! xD
the tower has a redeeming quality. it lets you walk right into the locked storage room that is across from the door that you leave the imperial census office through at the beginning of the game.
Yea but it's still kinda shit since you can't change it.
The key to the Imperial storehouse is right behind the dude that takes your release papers. All you have to do is stare at the key, go into your inventory, grab it via clicking, then place it back down. The Census guy will stop you for thieving, but sense you don't have the key, he doesn't take it back, letting you pick it up and get into the storehouse for free anyways.
@@AoBaiGaming things I didn’t know about Morrowind: this.
@@AoBaiGaming But I think the guards only let you do that once. Better to go for the limeware platter!
@@Lateralus1001 Nah man, keep doing it over and over again, steal everything. They can't put you in jail or make you pay a fine until you leave the proper office after getting your assignment.
Atronach is the only right choice in any Elder Scrolls game. Morrowind doesn't even have passive magicka recovery. You get all of the benefit of that deep well of magicka and a 50% chance you just eat a spell directed at you with basically no trade-off.
Just imagine how awful being a mage would be if enemies all had birthsigns and some of them had the Atronach sign!
Come Dagoth Ur come. Come and help me choose my skills. And also birthsign I'll have a need of it.
*chuckles* I love it.
Atronach with a 5s summon ancestral ghost spell to use your own spell absorb to max your mana that is huge >
I just started a playthrough with that lol , on an altmer its quite fun, im sure the tonwsfolk think im weird getting into a fist fight with my ghost
@@FangsofYima Amazing! lol
the lady >>>>
Well, I started playing Morrowing when I was a kid. I often took chameleon because it guaranteed one stealable item every 24 hours (and you can always wait a day if you needed to use it again desperately). With min maxing in mind the list of good signs diminishes of course.
Oh god! I remember, during my first playthrough, I found a locked door that I couldn't open. Got so frustrated so fast that I deleted my saved game and started over with the tower sign and worked my self back...........It was a simple dungeon door!
If you play Oblivion on max difficulty you'll appreciate all the birthsigns lmao, it's rock solid. Loving all the Dagoth Ur monologues lately though. Subbed
Thanks so much :>
I always get the one for agility. Unless you a magician
Not a bad choice either!
Atronach gang rise up
Steed boys wya
So true.
I made a mod for myself which makes all the races and birthsigns unique. Serpent has +25 Luck but Damage Fatigue 2, so if you time progress through resting or travel you are dropped to the ground with a few hundred negative fatigue you need to recover before standing up again. Puts a lot of pressure tp travel by foot or plan out how to fast travel with potions, food, and spells.
Tower is another one i did. Changed the detect to be constant effect 50pts and removed the Open Spell for Fortify Security 25pts. Also gave it 1.1x or 1.2x magicka boost since security is INT based and helps tower towards a Nightblade type playstyle. Especially with Bosmer and Khajiit both of which i gave a constant effect creature detect which stacks with Tower's detect so local map can identify even further than the minimap
I used to love the tower when I first started playing. I had to know what was behind all those doors in Seyda Neen

This is true. When I played I didn't know how to make a good character so I played a female Imperial (slowest possible character build) and didn't reach average speed of other classes at START until I reached Dagoth Ur!!!!

The steed is best sign
Shoutouts to Scroll of Ondusi’s Unhinging.
Yes the steed is the only one I use 😂
Always pick the steed
Don't even get me started on Atronach
I thought he was going to recommend atronach, but then I remembered having to pay for Stat restoration 4 times in a row because I kept spell absorbing it.
The shadow just kinda sucks, you can get an 80pts chameleon necklace rather early on that is about as good as invisible without the restrictions, go about as far northwest as possible find a lady asking you to retrieve a ring from the water, grab the ring, and then kill the mostly see through assailant for his necklace.
That necklace absolutely breaks encounters as you can loot or attack while they can only run away from their mostly invisible assailant.
I love the Amulet of Shadows. Makes all of my thieving escapades infinitely easier than without it.
I feel we all are too lucky with this amazing meme its godly.
he's not wrong
Dear Dagoth, why should signs matter when you have in 2 hours potions that will give you 10k and more for each attribute for several days.
Speed on is fun.
That is very true 😂
lol good one
how are you not gonna mention the atronach sign (the best one)
Too much headache to explain to N'wahs how good having a massive pool of Magicka is from the start. Just because they don't know how to make Restore Magicka Potions.
@@GregorianGangsta It's called the atronach because you farm atronachs for their magic restoring salts.
@@GregorianGangsta i mean it's good for non-magic builds too, 50% chance to just not get hit by a spell
And the fact that you can restore your mana at any shrine for like 25 bucks
