The kid that was doing the squats with the sideways lean, is a mentally challenged high school kid with tons of mobility issues. He and all of the other students were extremely happy and proud he was able to do this. They recorded this child to hype him up and make him feel great about himself. They got so much negative publicity from this that the kids and the school came out and made a statement on the news. This is not a video to poke fun at this child but a video to make him feel good... His parent, the teachers, the other kids were celebrating this as a win for him.
Ok not to make fun of but actually very dangerous - the point meting made was this is when they’d probably feel the need to go and advise a better/ safer way to carry out the exercise

If youre at the gym, you see someone thats seemingly doing something wrong, if you wanna help but are worried about what James mentioned, try starting by asking something like “hey, i don’t mean to bother you, but are you just doing regular squats?” And if they say yeah say “cool, just as a tip, it might work better if you do this” etc
I was out one day with a singing group and a bodybuilder lady came up and hugged me whilst my hands were down so I couldn't move them and told me to sing for her for like 10 minutes straight.. I was powerless😭

The guy's reaction was too extreme, he didn't have to kick her phone, but I can see how him and others will be disgusted and put off by what she does, at the end of the day the gym is a place to workout, not to act sexual to promote your onlyfans. He was also the owner of the gym that got complaints about her on multiple occasions.
I have one thing I will ALWAYS correct people on at the gym, knee locking on the leg press. Had a former teammate have the worst case scenario happen (look up at your own risk) and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
