    WHO IS SHE?
HI. My name is Yayra. Feel free to call me Ya-ya! This here is my channel, I CUBED: INTERESTED, INFORMED, INSPIRED. It's the place for encouragement, inspiration, information and entertainment all in one neat package. The place for overworked and underpaid millennials like myself for whom basic, run-of-the-mill, preachy, self-help advice just doesn't cut it! Social commentary on topics I find interesting, that may also be trendy, I've got them. Fresh new perspectives on topics generally considered overly debated, I've got those too. Served up with wit, bluntness and compassion. And what sort of tribe leader would I be if I don't discuss issues that impact our lives on a daily basis like money, stress or procrastination? Also documenting some of my daily activities in 'A Day in the life' style vlogs as well as recent trips I took are also a given on this channel. So if these are the sorts of things you're into, join me EVERY TUESDAY by SUBSCRIBING!

Interesting 🧐 I remember my grandmother having so many superstitions. When many African people come over to the US....they don’t understand how much we do things alike. We couldn’t open umbrellas inside...if you stepped over someone you have to reverse.... no whistling inside. All bad luck. 😂 We lived in Southern Georgia... So much of this is lost now. We are so integrated now than before. Thanks for sharing the culture. 🙏🏾

Yes, I heard about the umbrella theory and breaking a mirror. I found it fascinating. Also you're welcome!

The more I dig, the more I find African “superstition”rooted in science particularly frequency and vibration. So I try to guard my western conditioning and stay open and not judge so much as I learn more about the cultures I’ve been cut off from. Appreciate you ❤🤜🏾

LMAO - seriously? I heard the Romanian Gypsies had some crazy beliefs, but geez. Did Africa borrow from the Gypsies?
