smite plays these days : Players Press W : inuki : EPIC PLAY
i remember when this top 5 plays series started. it was a great format, showing the gods that participate in the play before showing the play. this way everyone instantly knew which players to look out for.
at some point they got the great idea of showing the participating gods AFTER showing the play itself. this is a genius move you know, because not only is it less obvious who you should look out for but showing the individual gods afterwards also gives the viewer almost no extra value because at that point you already know who participated in the play.
fast forward a few years (didnt play smite for that long so didnt follow the top 5 plays either) and of course they stuck to the genius new way of doing it.
well some other points improved, which made it easier to follow, but i will never understand how anyone could think the new way is in any way superior to the old one.
At least Thor aimed for the head.
Of all i have seen here, the only praise i can give is the ares peel, saved nuwa for a moment, rest is... well, not good compared to other top 5.
Nu wa would've dunked agni straight away if she'd have hit the first shining metal through both minions. So much potential, so much whiff. Thought the Athena, Thor & nox drop was better tbh
That nuwa play was so troll, that was amazing.

@@andrawan76 Bruh I submitted a 3 man Janus ult that that didn't kills on impact but I got huge damage and saved my support, and then won the game of a tripple kill I got afterwards

When you send a play with clean and high mechanicals moves, with Peel/cancel 3 for dodge and shortest tp/fastet combo reset/bracer and 0 miss, its not even about people not understanding it but more about inuki, how can you just not use slow mo and explain it lmao and i'm not even talking about people not thinking about how i have my cd back so fast lmao

An arena play? Well damn, I didn't send any arena submissions because I didn't think it applied lol usually if I get an awesome play off it's in arena! Will remember that next time ;D
the reason you dont see arena often is because you need a replay for the game, so the submission can get reviewed, normally you dont see arenas have replays as it requires someone to have spectated said game for it to be generated and arenas are also often just a mess of fights so it usually wont be that impressive, ofc though if you did get a replay and had an awesome play you can always submit it

Arena play is a joke, cmmon, nox just blocks achilles ult, wow, so hard, its not like its ez af to do. Then the zhong play is just a teamfight where a normal interaction happens, scylla 1 + athena 2 como is good, what a surprise. Enemies fault for being so grouped up. The only decent one is the athena, nox, thor como, which itself isn't very spectacular. And then the rest is people missing everything
