- So here's one of my favourite Clone Wars arcs that wasn't ever made into the show, however, it does have an epic series of comic runs.
After The Clone Wars season 5, Darth Maul is captured by Darth Sidious, the rightful heir to the Darksaber after defeating Maul. Maul is interrogated by Count Dooku and later fights General Grievous per Dooku and Sidious' design.
I have covered every issue before several years ago, however, I went back and redid the entire thing for issue 1 and I think i'll redo the whole issue, with better voice acting, better sound fx, better editing. I hope you enjoy this one and stay tuned for the full compilation of Son of Dathomir.

I remember reading this epic comic. One thing I wish we got to see in the Clone Wars was Maul fighting Dooku, apprentice vs apprentice.

I wish this Son of Dathomir arc had made into TCW season 7. Grievous fighting Maul would've honestly redeemed Grievous. Considering how he was handled in TCW.

@@jkelly5785 Something that would be even better is a live action series that would contain various story arcs, much like the format of the TCW series. The episode arcs could go from something that happened before the prequel trilogy, or something that happened during TCW, like the battle of Coruscant, or the Son of Dathomir arc, as an example.

He was just considered as a small fighter who didnt talk much in TPM and now got a great fanbase
I was good to see him again. It didn’t seem fair they kept Dooku alive after EP 2 and that Maul was killed off after one movie. Maul got some screen time in the Clone Wars and we got to hear him speak more since he had less lines in EP 1.

1) Son of Dathomir
2) Dark Disciple
3) Boba and Cad’s mentorship

Those arcs were supposed to be in the clone wars series in season 6 but Disney bought LucasArts and had the series canceled 😤 Son of Dathomir was originally supposed to have been split into 4 episodes ( parts) same with Dark Disciple. Dark Disciple and the Boba Fett cad bane mentorship arc were even partially animated.
When Disney brought clone wars back for a 7th season I was hopeing to see those 3 arcs made into episodes for season 7 which would have made the 7th season true perfection 👌 💯 but Disney just wanted to finish the series quickly. 😒 a very disappointing decision 😑 but the final season was still entertaining. 8.8/10

Instead of those lame episodes with the annoying Martez sisters, we should have gotten these four episodes... It would've shown more people that gap between season 5 of TCW... It really furthers the point of just how dangerous and capable Maul is too. Maybe one day, we'll get to see this fleshed out on a screen...

The fact Maul was so torn about the loss of Savage truly shows he cared for him deeply and showed even Sith Lords still have some sort of connection in their hearts. You can tell even way after Savage’s death it still haunted Maul and affected him and his everyday life and decisions he made.
This is honesty too damn cool not to be made animated or live action

Bringing the comic to life with sound effects and doing the voices is "Impressive." But inserting the background information, the subtext, the subtleties, into your narration is the work of a Grandmaster.
I remember YEARS ago wanting to see Maul vs Grievous.
When Dooku went to fight Maul, I wonder if part of him wanted to kill Maul so as to avenge his student Qui-Gon.
Also I love how in the comic Maul had the balls to call Sidious straight to his face "old man". I don't think even Vader would do that.

Honestly, I wish they could've made this storyline into animation for a Clone Wars tie-in project. If Sam Witwer wanted to, he would've killed it for the voice of Darth Maul again like a legend he is.

The only way I'm able to keep up with the comics is through these videos. This would be so EPIC to in an animated series. The voices and sound effects make these videos so much fun to watch.

Exactly that would've been cool 😎👊. I remember reading this comic back in 2018 when Star Wars comics was uploading videos on this so it's good to see their work catching up with each other's content. I always thought it was strange how Darth Maul could come back but not Mace Windu when Maul survived something extremely fatal while Windu definitely could've survived falling out a window after getting his hand cut off and blasted by Palpatine's Force lightning. I'm still catching up as I haven't watched all of The Book of Boba Fett, The Mandalorian or any of Disney Star Wars things since Rise of Skywalker but I'll check it out soon. I'm conflicted about the shows in light of Star Wars Lore. Seeing Luke Skywalker and Ashoka training Grogu and the next generation of Jedi is a dream come true of what I wanted The Disney Sequel Trilogy to be about now we'll never get that with The Original Trilogy cast. How did the organs evolve before there were bones, skin, substance and how did any creatures see before eyes evolved? The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. I really don’t think Dooku asking Sidious about defeating Talzin was him being “dense” Sidious just clearly knew her better than Dooku. If the Count is going to wage war on another enemy, he’s going to make sure he knows everything he can about them

I want a Son of Dathomir series and a Journal of Jango Fett series based on the Jango Open Seasons comics and the iconic 2002 Bounty Hunter game. I love Boba and Din Djarin, but Disney is of course making them too soft at times. I want to see more brutal and ruthless characters in the spotlight, like Maul and Jango.
This comic series is AWESOME! It has three of my favorite characters in it: Darth Sidious, General Grievous, and Count Dooku. Only one episode in the clone wars had all of these awesome villains packed into it, and that was the shadow warrior episode.

I already saw this comic and i must say darth maul really goes through alot. I loved how darth mauls mother possessed the body of count dooku and tried to fight darth sidious but it failed horribly because darth sidious used force lighting and shocked her to let go of his Apprentice. After count dooku woke up he helped his master darth sidious to shock darth mauls mothers till General Grievous came and stabed darth mauls mother in the chest with two lightsabers... I must say its Was a cool fight but quite disappointing also. 😂... Either way i still loved it. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I just really wish that we could have seen this CW arc on screen, alongside the "Dark Disciple" Clone Wars arc and the other (I think) 8 unfinished Clone Wars arcs, as they originally were intended to be, before Disney came into the mix and cancelled them in 2014 after taking over Star Wars.

The question begs how did two genders evolve from a common ancestor with a perfectly hospitable and sustainable environment with breathable oxygen and resources to survive on inexplicably? Atheists have the burden of proof to explain how everything came to be and why our existence is possible without the Existence of God from an godless perspective just as Christians have to provide evidence of God's Existence and the validity of His Word.
Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. Mark Ridley an Evolutionist said "No evolutionist whether gradualist or punctuationist uses the fossil record as evidence in favor of The Theory of Darwinian Evolution as opposed to special Creation". God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. Definitely! His potential actually rivals Sidious and surpasses Mother Talzin who was already around Sidious' level when Sidious decided to choose Maul over her. Sidious also considered Maul a legitimate apprentice further confirming that had Maul not been injured he had the potential to def one day rival Sidious and even be a legitimate challenge to his power.
