Get 7 or 8 solid hours of sleep

We are all stressed with studying, memorizing, note-taking. We have done this in high school and throughout college. But Do NOT study the night before - No heavy studying the night before.
You should have prepped 3-5 weeks out. Don’t cram the night before, it adds anxiety and stress
Number 3
Focus on nutrition - no drive-thru. Have a juice, coffee - No protein bars, no Monster / Red Bull energy drinks. Eat a healthy breakfast - NO Rush mode.
Number 4
Doesn't matter if it is Praxis, TExes, Gate, CBest, FTCE, SLLA, FELE, SAE, GK - check out the tutorial on your test’s respective site.
ETS, Pearson, etc. - watch the Tutorial the day or two days before. Know your test’s rules and blueprint. Whether Multiple choice or essay. Learn your opponent before you get in the ring or door

The Morning of the Exam (3 Parts):
A. Show up early
B. Leave all personal stuff in the car
C. Do not study in the parking lot before going in to take the test

My heart was beating fast during the exam.
They can definitely be nerve-racking, that is why it is important to go in confident - utilizing these "must do's" is essential. How did you do?
Any advice for praxix chemistry test in NJ.
I’m feeling really discouraged. Just graduated from a university in Michigan and the only thing holding me back is passing my teacher certification test.. I feel like I know the material well but I struggle picking the correct answer because there are multiple answers that seem like they could be correct.. the mttc is making me more and more nervous that I won’t be able to teach ever due to passing this test.. any tips or suggestions?

I would add... make sure you have the right mask before walking into testing and keep it on! I had to “produce” a mask last minute because the one I had was not acceptable (mine had a vent and filter). I was also told that if they notice that mouth and nose were not completely covered, they will stop and cancel the test... the proctor came twice to check on me... talk about distraction and stress added... I earned a “not pass” of course.

I would add one more use the bathroom before starting the test. It sounds silly but why have to think about it. Just adds stress.
