  • Immerse yourself in the rich history of Ancient Persia by exploring the contents of the Cyrus scroll. A character venerated in many historical texts, such as the Bible, for the acceptance of religious groups returning to their homeland, this clay scroll gives us an inside look at real policies of the time.
In this enlightening journey, four experts shed light on the significance of the Cyrus Cylinder, a 2,600-year-old baked clay document that continues to resonate with the past and the present. This artifact is not just a piece of history, but a testament to the policies of acceptance and diversity that marked Ancient Persia.

      YHWH is the true God.
2Ch 36:21 To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten years.
2Ch 36:22 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD spoken by the mouth of Jeremiah might be accomplished, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,
2Ch 36:23 Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, All the kingdoms of the earth hath the LORD God of heaven given me; and he hath charged me to build him an house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Who is there among you of all his people? The LORD his God be with him, and let him go up.

MrTruth111 god the most merciful and compassionate lord of the worlds the most benevolent the one god that has no partners or an successor the god that is absolute that no man can be its equal has many names in many languages that it’s prophets had spread the word of the one true god prophet Moses Noah at the early judeo Christian religion called it yhawhee jehova when god all mighty brought down an angel in Arabia at meca to have the final prophet to spread gods mercy upon mankind when mankind corrupted the judeo Christian religion changed its original text not following the 10 commandments having multiple bibles and Torah that did not follow the Old Testament and the Ten Commandments multiple bibles and Torah’s that did not match the original Torah and Bible that were faithful to prophets Noah Moses Abraham’s teachings and Jesus peace be upon them all of the one true god
Thus god sending an angel in meca in Arbia to mumamad to carry the message of what Moses Noha Abraham and Jesus has done to carry on the message of what humankind arrogance denied and corrupted their own texts hence the word that the angel spoke to Muhammad of gods name was called allha which the means the god that is one
In Zoroastrian texts the refer god as being one and closer to what humans think and beyond their imagination
The word uhra Mazda means the wise lord
The word of god has been sent in many countries in different languages of what god is called

Cyrus was one of the greatest men in all of history. The Second Isaiah in the Bible called Cyrus the Lord's "anointed," masiah, even though, he did not know the Lord. So, Cyrus played a great role, and as is brought out in the video, the Hebrew Bible as we know it was in large part put together in the Persian Empire.

While the British certainly stole a lot from Iran, this was not one of them. The cyrus cylinder was not found in Iran but at a site of a Babylonian temple in Iraq.
Te British stole mostly from Susa (Shoosh) in the late 1800s.
In the 1930s, much of Persepolis was carved up and taken to the University of Chicago by the Americans. About 40,000 Tablets were taken along with huge chunks of the palace itself. They are currently at the university of Chicago.
Tepe Sialk was also excavated in the 1930s and taken to te Louvre
In the 1950s and 1960s Choga zanbil was plundered and taken to the Louvre

    Isaiah 45:1,4-6 NIV
[1] “This is what the Lord says to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I take hold of to subdue nations before him and to strip kings of their armor, to open doors before him so that gates will not be shut: [4] For the sake of Jacob my servant, of Israel my chosen, I summon you by name and bestow on you a title of honor, though you do not acknowledge me. [5] I am the Lord, and there is no other; apart from me there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not acknowledged me, [6] so that from the rising of the sun to the place of its setting people may know there is none besides me. I am the Lord, and there is no other.

It was Marduk son of Enki ,who built the original Babylon and the Jealous King Enlil who destroyed it , ever since Enlil had Babylon destroyed , he turned it into a place of slavery and oppression, but Marduk through Cyrus , brought freedom and stability in the whole of the middle east. The wars never stopped because Enlil will not allow humans to live in peace without wars, disease and slavery.. . In freeing the jews from Babylon , and allowing them to build the temple , Marduk shows his greatness stretches far from the competing quest to rule over this planet , he shows that unconditional love is the key to opening a connection with God and the divine energies of the universe.

@max marrero WRONG !!!! Enlil the tyrant gave himself the title YWH , who was known as lord of command , he wanted to destroy humanity in a flood , he who wanted humans to be nothing more than primates who serve his purpose then die like animals , that who the false God is. None of the Anunnaki were Gods ,neither Enki who gave humanity the divine multidimensional Merkaba within , nor his son Marduk who tried to free humanity from the Matrix created by Enlil and Anu to keep us trapped here !!! Only Truth will set you free !!

Cyrus never believed God of Jacob was sovereign but, unbeknownst to him, that very God moved in his spirit to restore the Jews to Israel after the exiles. He is the only true God and God prophesied Cyrus (by name!!) 150 years before he lived!! No other religion has done this!! Read Isaiah 45 and 46.

I prefer to think of Cyrus as a master propagandist. He was fundamentally a conqueror whose key interest lay in dividing those whom he conquered to ensure as much stability as his massive empire could achieve. (And let's not forget how short-lived Achaemenid rule was by the standards of later empires in China and the West...)

    • @faraz8135
      @faraz8135 Před rokem +2

You can think whatever you want, but this is not propaganda at all and the fact is that he was really a great man and the whole world praises him and his government. Also, the short life of the Persian Empire compared to other empires has nothing to do with Cyrus. All the empires of the world will disappear one day, but what matters is what they did during their reign. Although the Achaemenid Empire had a shorter time, it did great things that influenced the empires after it, such as:
      1).constructing the first Royal Road
      2).advanced administrative system (satrapy)
3).constructing advanced underground water supply system (Qanat)
      4).the first postal system (chapar)
5).the first philosophy of monotheism (Zoroastrianism), which influenced the religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam.
      Global effects👆🏻👆🏻
      -----------------
      Building structures👇🏻👇🏻
1).Cooperation of Persian empire for Construction of the Suez Canal by Darius the Great in Egypt
      2).Persepolis Palace (in Fars Province)
      3).Naqsh Rostam (in Fars Province)
      4).Pasargad temple (in Fars Province)
      5).Dariush Palace in Shush
      6).Jerusalem (in today's Israel)
      7).Temple of Hibis (in Egypt)
      8). Pasargad Persian Garden
Apart from all this influences& structures for the short time he had, remember that the Achaemenid Empire is always respected by historians because it respects people's different thoughts and does not impose Persian religion or culture on them and It was the great model of how to run an empire of dizzying diversity.
