I’m not a mobile welder. In fact I’m nothing more than a DIYer, but debt is a thing I’m really big on avoiding. I think right now would be a horrible time for anyone to get into any kind of truck and that’s why using what you have is a good idea. No plans to be a welder for a living but this was all pretty good advice from a personal finance stand point for whatever it’s worth coming from me. Good to see you again D.Erb.
Good video derb im glad to see another from you. I'll be running a 2000 ram 1500 as my rig. Low miles, 4x4 and CHEAP. Currently piecing everything else together. Hoping to start into business later this year.

Derbador, I love your videos. Can you make a video on the insurance aspect of mobile welding and getting jobs? Love your stuff, always excited to see a new video from you.
Derb, I have a Ranger that I put a flatbed on over the summer. I have a Miller Roughneck that I am going to mount on the back. I have a small crane to mount on the back along with a drill press and a decent vise. I plan on starting the welding business when the weather gets warmer as I am recovering from getting run over on my Harley. I found a mag drill a few months ago from a business that shut down .You have great advice. It seems crazy that it is snowing down there. I am up in Pa.
There's a saying, "got to crawl before you walk". Good advice, banks are not our friends. Owing money with interest is not good. Most of us don't have the patience, but perseverance is key and heart. Keep it real.
