In this video, I explore East Midtown Greenway, which is a new train through East River in Midtown Manhattan that stretches from 53rd street to 61st street. It has one side designated to bike lanes, and another side designated to pedestrians. It is a total of 3 acres, and represent $197 million investment from the city. It is a beginning of a goal for NYC to create a loop around Manhattan. Hope you enjoy this video, stay tune for more.

This is such a great idea. Much safer for bikers and pedestrians. This is a good preview. Wish Chicago would do something similar. We have been in the negatives the past week. We are finally thawing out. Have a good Sunday!

Hopefully it gets warm, indeed really cool idea to have a walkable area safe for pedestrians and bikers hopefully they can build and entire bike and pedestrian lane through the entire Manhattan.
