Signature Solar EG4 3000 watt inverter power fluctuation (Solved, see description)

The power seems to stabilize over time. Resistive loads seem to run fine but inductive loads not so great. They do run, just concerned about the power output fluctuation.
Update 11-12-2022:
Not only did the firmware update resolve the issue I was having with power fluctuations it even improved the standby current from 76 watts down to about 64 watts. I will continue to update if anything changes.
