Wattles, also known as waddles, bells, toggles, tassels, waggles, or lassies-are finger-like dangles of haired flesh found on the throats of goats, as well as on certain breeds of swine and sheep. ... They're usually a matched set, too, although a single wattle is not unheard of. It is a very rare appearance, but they also occur in the Djallonké sheep. And it is accepted in the standard.
