@@LowFamilia07 can’t tell for sure for other machines. But, usually it does make sound with pressure releasing for some time(5-10 seconds) after making coffee.(even without using the steam machine) Also, if machine makes more steam after making coffee, (like more than 10seconds with white water vapour coming out), then you might want to service it in my opinion.

using whole milk is important. And then, while steamer is working, i moved the glass up and down to give more air to make more foam

for this particular machine, yes, it's self cleaning cycle; 'pressure release' after using steam function.
