Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty has revolutionized the field of rhinoplasty by decreasing bruising, swelling, and blood loss in the procedure. Not only turkish, its a well established practice. I underwent rhinoplasty last november. And the bruising healing recovery takes no more than a week.

I’ve had rib cartilage used for nose. Still in pain and can’t move around after a month. Is that normal and what’s the recovery time for the rib please as ur a professional.

Ultrasonic is used to cut, modify bone & cartilage. If it is pure augmentation rhinoplasty with a graft, it is not necessary to use piezotome

It is a tome for osteotome, and chondrotome. It can cut bone and cartilage. However, It can drill bone, and can rasp bone and cartilage very precisely with little to no bleeding.

Hello @debbieg8260. Ultrasonic rhinoplasty CAN be used for revision rhinoplasty. Think about ultrasonic rhinoplasty as tool or a technique. How long ago the primary surgery was is also not a prohibitive factor for ultrasonic rhinoplasty.. We get many leads for patients requesting ultrasonic rhinoplasty. There are certain advantages in ultrasonic rhinoplasty, but also some disadvantages. Though we do not charge more for ultrasonic rhinoplasty, the case might take longer and therefore the patient might incur an increased anesthesia/facility fee. Best thing you can do....Get a consult. We can determine how much work is necessary and whether ultrasonic rhinoplasty is something that we should use in your case! Hope this helps!

Is the price the same as a traditional nose job?
Currently, the price of the an ultrasonic rhinoplasty is not more than a traditional nose Jobe. The price of the nasal surgery is based on how much work is required, and not on what technique is used.

i am Asian male and turning 54, I'd like my nose with greater bridge and trim nostril. I am hoping to get a big shapy nose like Owen Wilson, Tom Cruz. I have seen asian male went rhinoplasty and their result isn't that bad but they got asian shapy nose results. I want mine high bridge and petite nostrils. I am just dreaming, didnt even know if I can afford this hahaha
