Tickets in the lowest category in the past four editions have ranged from 70 to 105 U.S. dollars.
Category 4 tickets, reserved exclusively for local residents, averaged 15 dollars and up to 20 dollars in South Africa in 2010.
The United 26 bid estimates the sale of over six million tickets across 104 matches with ticket prices starting at 174 u.s dollars in Category 3 and 21 dollars in Category 4.

I'm very sure that there will be an option like that. In Qatar there were "Team specific tickets" and in Russia 2018 there was also sometihng like this. You need to apply very early for TST's tho.
