Hey! Chattanoogan here too. You should go to Our Local Humane Society. They have a kitten room with about a dozen or so to choose from!
Yes, but if they can't spend lots of money they don't seem to be interested. Every animal should be adopted, too many without homes.

You could see lot of examples, where it's clear they have consideration for "price/performance" ratio in mind. Sure, not always buying cheapest one (thanks god), but they're not choosing something just because it's expensive option, but choosing best option for them. Besides, nobody is oblidged to adopt pet from shelter. There are also risks about some bad habits etc., so if somebody wants kitty, heck, it's his choice, not mine. For me it's enough, if he is prepared to take care about that animal for it's whole life, and they are, as it's not their first.
Your dad is such a trip. Having a good relationship with your dad just makes life so much easier.

As an Architect, you need to figure out put some canopy at the entry of the house so you don't enter all wet. Second create a path with stones between the Car access and the house. Can't walk over the grass to access the house/office.

Plus I dont understand entering the house into the dining room ,no closet to hang coats !! Just an odd layout altogether !!

Save a life - your local shelters can provide you with a kitten. The kitten/ cat you bring home will be forever grateful. You’ll feel great too!
i understand that, but like where i live i have to drive around 45 minutes to get there then have them tell me that i need 6 forms of identification, then oh yea the $200 dollars to adopt the cat on top of them requiring me to send them pictures of the cat every 3 months or so for the first year. and yes that's what they made me go through, now i walked into a local pet store it took about 15 minutes and it cost me $30 to adopt my other cat. and they both had there shots and are chipped and both are spayed as well. tell me how that works.
I came to say just this.
I'm sure they're aware - there is always someone who has to point this out anytime someone mentions they are getting a pet. It's their pet - they can do what they would like.
@@mikebrowne477 That's because it's the responsible thing to do, as opposed to buying from breeders which nowadays is pretty irresponsible. The only reason not to adopt instead of buy "new" as it were is snobbishness.
@@andrewovermyer4345 You are right about that, there are similar restrictions in the UK as well with adoption, on the whole it's good because the goal is to ensure they find adopted pets a good home, but it's a little too strict as it turn people off adopting somewhat. There needs to be some sort of middle ground as there should be almost no reason to buy instead of adopt in this day and age.

I just realized something I watch these guys for building cars and learning many things especially the house but now I seeing them being successful and buying stuff that I won’t ever see now, making me realize that all I’m doing is watching brothers being successful and me sitting down doing nothing man I need motivation like them so I can be where I want someday soon!

as an IT specialist, if i was building a house like you. i wouldve put Ethernet ports everywhere and created a room with the modem, router and switch so that you can be hard wired everywhere you wanna go.

I have an unfinished garage with access to the bedrooms above and an attic with easy access. Bought a couple thousand feet of CAT6 from a commercial building getting renovated for $40. Just need the time to run everything.

All I can say is that when this is all done with the house, you two owe your Pop's an awesome party. That man worked his butt off for you guys.
My Tabby, Stripe was a lot like Thomas, nothing bothered him, I took him to the vet on a harness and leash which they never had anyone do. All the barking dogs and people coming in and out and he would just lay on the floor not a care in the world. Everybody at the office loved him and when we lost him @13yrs old 4 yrs ago the Vet & Techs were crying, The Best Cat/Pet I ever owned and I have had a lot. Miss him everyday.
With all the cool expensive hi-tech stuff you guys are buying, you should think of looking into a good home security surveillance system. Best to be safe.
Also, you might want to look at your local animal shelters for kittens. They always have animals in need of a home there. Last, might want to think of plans to pave a proper driveway and walkway. It will cut down on cleaning and water usage...

I have a 1970 Camaro that I'm having to sell due to certain reasons. I've been working on it since I was 18 now I'm 30. I hate to see it go but I would love to see it go to you guys to be able to finish my project and take care of it. It's had a lot of work done, Body and Paint, paint is getting old and peeling in couple areas though.. It has a new built 383 Stroker with a Turbo 350 behind it, New seats, custom LED tail lights. The only thing keeping it from driving right now is I think it needs a new steering box. Hope you guys see this, I know its far but the car is located in CA.

With 2m subs and the views they get they rake in money. It is not an easy task to get to this point so more power to them. their stats are public you could figure out what they make. It's around 100k month + sponsor money and merch. some channels make more off merch than youtube . youtube takes 40 or 45% and remember, if someone at big tech doesn't like something they say they could be out of business tomorrow which of course becomes a big problem when you finance things like tractors and buildings.

Hi Guys, just a heads up on the latest projectors, they now make a projector called a 'short throw' projector. It's just box that sits about 10 inches off the wall and project to about 150 inches. You would typically sit it on a cabinet or something directly below where you want the image projected. They do seriously rock if you are interested :)
This is good advice! I've heard of ultra short throw projectors, is this the same thing?
@@Nunya.Bidness Sorry, you are correct, ultra short throw. I bought one for our living area and was speachless at how good it was. You can get specialised screens for the them, which i haven't done. Even without the screen in daylight it is seriously impressive.

Go to the ASPCA and you'll find plenty of kittens. Now I adopted a 5 year cat from Petsmart that tips the scale at 22lbs, he's been on road trips and runs the full yard down the mountain side with the pups. Even as an Indoor / outdoor cat he kills all the rodents. Sometimes an older cat will settle right on, what ever you decide on - check out Tractive GPS collars.
Oh and I picked up two Black Mouth Curs from the ASPCA.
