Thank you for showing this! I have a lot of veneers that I will be storing this way. I just bought the bags like you use and they just came today! You are by far the best polymer clay artist I have ever seen and I've been doing polymer clay for 20 years. I love your videos and I'm one of your patreons. Keep up the wonderful work!
Oh! Dear Sharon, thank you so much for you kind words to me!! This mean for me a lot!! I'm so much glad you like everything I make! And that is great, that you got your plastic bags!!

Sharon DeVore where did you find those bags?
Nancy LaCivita I found mine on Amazon, they have different sizes and I bought 8x10 as I'll cut the to size if needed. Here's the link:

Какое богатство. Вот это плодотворность. Вы такая молодец. И когда вы столько успеваете.
Оксана, благодарю вас!!
What is that sheet you store your veneers in ....is it like a laminated page sticky on one side for a better seal
Per quanto tempo si possono mantenere le sfoglie in pasta polimerica tra i fogli di acetato che usi ? Grazie
I could send a day making my veneers and storing them away for last -💖👍🏽👌🏾
Thank-you , thank-you, thank-you Ludmilla for this great tutorial. I plan on becoming a patreon next month-payday ;)
Thank you so much, Lilly! ^_^
Where can I get these bags from- the bags here are all very fine and tear easily 😬
What would be an American brand o thick storage bags could we us here… would it be freezer bags like Glad brand or ones that are used in the storage bags for removing the air,? What about regular thick page protector?
These are 6x10 inch cheap cellophane flat gift bags that are on Etsy for about 3 dollars for 50 bags www.etsy.com/uk/listing/215490127/clear-polypropylene-cellophane-favor ;)
Could you bake them before storage and then re-bake them after completing a project with them?
)))no, for sure cannot! How you will use them after baking? I need them in raw condition! I want to cut them and give some shape, or use for some beads!
Как всегда интересно и познавательно . только что это за пакеты не пойму, у нас таких не видела к сожалению
Юлия Ханадеева мой опыт. Файлы обрезаю с одной стороны, получаются похожие пакеты
Where can I buy bags like these?
Kathy.. in whole sale store/local shop in packaging department, where you buy different packaging stuff!))
If you are in US, I got mine from Amazon as its quick, 2 days. Here's a link for the 8x10 bags I bought.

Where can I find those bags in US?
I don't know! I never was in US!)) You need to search in shops and watch for something similar!
Ludmila Bakulina thank you. You do beautiful work and great tutorials!
Ludmila Bakulina I looked on Amazon but wasn’t sure if any were correct.
Nancy, better to search them in a local Cash & Carry stores in Packaging Paper department...
This is where I bought my!
I'll check that out. Thank you!
Thanks for the tutorial! I am a bit confused about one thing, though: why are you taking them out of the plastic, conditioning them and putting them back in another plastic? It seems not very useful and wasteful (to throw away the old plastic).
Because they were in old plastic bags already more then one year, and I want to have them in good condition as longer as I can! But this is up to you)) YOu can store them in old bags with deformed surface...
I have done the same thing over time the bags develop a wrinkle in them and as such they need to be removed and reconditioned and repackaged in fresh bags at least every 12 months to keep them in good condition for when you want to use them. I have some that are 5 years old now and they are as good today as the day I first made them just by keeping an eye on them every 3 months or so to make sure they have not dried out and cracked. I have found that baby oil is great at keeping the oil levels correct so they don't crack. Just a drop is need on a dried veneer, smooth over the veneer and then close the bag up for 24 hours, then re-condition as normal and re-pack again in a fresh bag.
I have found over time the bags develop slight stretch over the clay and thus when you pull the Veneer out of the bag you will notice it has an indent as to where it was around the veneer. This is the reason for not placing them back into the same bag.
Thank you so much dear Angela, for your experience sharing with us! ^_^ That's just great tip!
thank-you angela for sharing that information. i will do that from now on. the diluent (also known as smoothing oil or liquid) in the polymer clay must break down the celophane bags.
I found the 6x10 inch celophane bags on Etsy cheaper than in my local stores ,about 3 dollars for 50 bags.
