Several delays for the flood permit. We are still making progress. Week 5 update

There has been quite a bit done with regards to the mechanicals. We are still struggling to gain the approval from the city for the flood plain permit. It revolves around them agreeing with the model created and ran by our engineer. Crossing fingers that there won't be more delays.
