In this woodworking video I make a 3 smaller side tables for the house, from the recycled porch wood we tore up! To keep it simple, I used the table saw to prep all of the wood for this side table build… Enjoy!
Thank you!

Good old fashioned reclaiming. Tim Sway will be proud!

High inflation is indeed taking a toll ;-)
@@jbeutell spelling correction done right lol
Very nice! Just add some lemonade and an Adirondack chair… pure heaven!
I actually liking this "leftover" project
Ooh Jimmy..it was perfect my friend!!!
After watching the video advert i was still skeptical. But when i finally downloaded the plans czcams.com/users/postUgkxZF0EMnrujZvqHhGkxiz559uIABJWR9TG i was very impressed. The whole plan was just as you said in the video. Thank you very much. I now have a large and valuable collection for my woodworks. This is great!

No more complicated than it needed to be - lovely :-)
Nice way to keep a bit of the old deck alive.
He surfaced those with only a block plane…what a champion
Хорошая идея, хороший кофейный столик получился. 👍
The perfect addition!
Fantastic work upcycling a beautiful new creation 😊
The look fantastic, love that total boat!!!! Home run jimmy!!!
First there was a boat and now three tables appear. After watching this video I can only imagine how many other creative ideas you have for the remaining deck boards. Jimmy, you creativity, craftsmanship and artistry are amazing. Thank you for inspiring us and showing us the way.
Wishing you and happy Father’s Day, another blessed week, gentle weather and restful evenings. Peace brother.
They look so rich with that finish!
Excellent. Now they can keep an eye on the new decking, and pass down the old stories of how they were once decking themselves.
It's amazing you're able to line those triangle pieces up so perfectly just "by eye"... Craftsmanship at it's best. Great video as always!
❤️❤️❤️ I would love to come next time in summer and enjoy your new terrace❤️❤️❤️
That saw trick, half cut, flip, finish, Is freakin genius.
The flip is everything.
Old school Diresta stools!
Great and inspiring work
Your follower from Iraq
Very nice sir. I always get a kick out of seeing some of the tools painted white. My dad always color coded his tools to keep confusion down because everyone where he worked had the same setup.
You know Syper ? (Sylvie Perrera)
big fan of you, French girl from Portugal.
Often she says "je ne suis pas Mr Jimmy Diresta mais...." (with deep respect)
Portugal are cool&good people.
Beautiful work. So smart to see the potential in the old decking.
Beautiful.
Beautiful Jimmy 👏👏👏👏👏👏💪
Renovating this patio is one of your best jobs. Greetings from Naples (Italy).
That's a nice little set of tables and the best part is the story of where the wood came from.
Beautiful!
These look great!
i wish you would post the restoration of your house here , jimmy. i dont have all that other social media nonsense. anyway im now subscribed so i hope to see more of the house. this is the oldest restoration that ill be following yet.
Beautiful 👍😎👍
Thank you for sharing.
Awesome video! Happy to see Bandsaw Prototype #2 still being useful! :) ❤️
I could of used some commentary on how if you plung route, all you have to do it turn it over and finish with a trim router. definitely going to try that !
They look like whiskey barrel tops! Just missing a branded in DIRESTA logo. 👍
ITAÍBA Pernambuco 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷👍👍👍👍👍👍
NOW THATS A MATCH RECYCLABLE WOOD THAT AGE LOOKING EVEN BETTER THAN THE NEW STUFF 👌.
Superbe vidéo 👍merci Jimmy 😘
i love your work
Returning the boards from whence they came! 😄
Perfect.
The porch that just keeps giving. Great reuse for the boards.
Boy, what a great feeling to see that wood re-used.
Good job !!
you should make a swinging chain bench with more of that wood
High lumber prices drives creativity.
Great Video! Thank you continuing to post videos! You exemplify hard work and dedication!!!
Excellent tables! It looks like I could do that!
Perfect as always, Jimmy 👍🏼😈👍🏼
Internet "How do you make those tables?" Jimmy "I just carve away everything that is NOT a table"
Nice job
The recycling is awesome and the work with that tables is and art, thanks for sharing, 👍
Very nice. I especially like the way you made the legs!
Fabulous use of flush trim bit to avoid break through had you carried on with the first router. Such beautiful colours laid in by sun and time, such a delight to see. Thank you for sharing!
Nice tables Jimmy. Nothing ever goes to waste 😊
So jealous gunblau made you his bandsaw table!’
Haha yes!
Thanks for sharing
Nice video. Might have to make some of these with the mountain of reclaimed cedar I have.
So cool!!
Great work
These tables are simply stunning!! Perfect addition for the beautiful new porch!
I am using this „let the brush in the bucket“ trick since i saw it here on your Channel. Such an amazing and underrated Trick. Always the right brush at hand, never searching for a new one because the old ones are busted or nobody knows what was used last.
Nice job again, turning scrap to gold, they match beautifully, the porch looks fantastic.
Love seeing the old lumber re-purposed. Now to see if there is just enough left for a chair or two...
I'm hoping to see a porch swing made from some of the wood. Return to it's home so to speak.
Just miss the scrap wood challenge jingle at beginning 😉
Some of the porch wood was like NO, I'M NOT LEAVING!
Beautiful, Jimmy! Nicely done!!! 😃
It always fascinates me of how much beautiful old wood is!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Very cool
Good job Jimmy Diresta well done
Can't buy character like that. Yet the finished results looks so clean I thought it was virgin eucalyptus cut-offs from the thumbnail!
Awesome!
Uno, dos, tres! Three beautiful tables Jimmy!
Simple and elegant. I guess you found a use for all those deck boards. A very good use.
Very cool. 😊
Very nice. I'm surprised you didn't flex your bandsaw superpowers to cut out those circles in 5 seconds flat, but it's cool to see new techniques.
It is always pleasure To see your creativity!!👍🏻👏🏻
That's brilliant- I hate waste & love a good repurposing project. Cheers Jimmy and thanks for sharing another great video. Happy Fathers Day !
I had an old poorly built pergola in my yard I rebuilt. The only thing I really used was the uprights because they're sunk in the conc patio. But I used all the wood to make a really nice wood planter box that I used to grow small vegetables for more then 10 years. I recently took it apart and used the wood for deck repairs and window box planters for the porch. I told my wife, "I can recycle that wood maybe two more times before we burn it!
Nice work and great recycle , as always I learned something . Stay well to Taylor , Willie and you my brother🙏
Great film. Had no clue you were working on this reclaimed project. Nice surprise. Gorgeous set. Mahalo for sharing. 🙂🐒
Great work Jimmy! I can’t wait to see the new boat finished up too from that old decking!
Beauty tables, and less waste! Awesome as usual! 🤘🤘
Как всегда, бесподобно, спасибо мастеру) 🥇
Nice tables and use of the leftover deck lumber! I think I'm gonna use your code and grab some of those blades and bits! Thanks again!
I love the tables but you had my hairs standing on edge when you scrapped the metal across the concrete.😉
great video
Sweet build. These will be a super addition to the porch!
Nice!
Love to see old materials repurposed, especially when its well done like this.
Thumbs up and thanks for posting!
I'm a bit concerned about all that lead he just atomized running it through the table saw.
Great use of the old planks! I might try this myself!
Nicely done Jimmy! Those tables turned out great and are a nice addition to your porch! 👍👍
Great build but I would definitely put something on the feet as the legs will score your new decking
Simply and beautyfull, well done jimmy !
Nice looking tables. The finished wood is gorgeous!
