I believe the reason why Info-Chan wants the rivals to suffer is because when Yandere-Chan kills all 10 of them, Info-Chan will reveal that she likes Senpai as well, being the final target that Yandere-Chan must eliminate. With how intelligent Info-Chan is, she will be the most difficult to eliminate. In other words, Info-Chan tasks Yandere-Chan to do all the dirty work for her.
