God, you are the Divine Healer. I trust in Your healing and Your time for my fiance Jerry hip replacement recovery . Guide him toward a healthier life, a life with less pain and more of Your Love. Amen.
Loving Father, please use me in your service. I recognize that all my gifts, abilities, and experiences came from you. All my capabilities were given to me so I can bring you praise and lead others to you. So please enable me to use my abilities for your glory and empower me to do more than I could ever imagine possible for you! In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
Lord, I ask for Your watchful eye over travels. Please grant my fiance Jerry safety on the roads, in the skies, or on the waters, and protect him from accidents and harm. Surround him with Your angels and keep him far from danger. Lord, I also ask that You bless his travel back home in USA from Turkey with joy and meaningful experiences. May he create lasting memories and return safely with hearts full of gratitude. Thank You, Father, for hearing my prayer. I entrust my fiance Jerry into Your loving care, knowing that You are the source of all protection and guidance. Amen.

I'm giving thanks today for being a United States Citizen and that I was born and raised here. I'm also praying that as a single woman, who doesn't get to see family very often or have anyone to live with or receive help with any day-to-day life -- that I will be able to keep working in my field of study, and do work that I know. I also pray that people who come to this country will find work and become proficient citizens of the United States of America. Help us to have confidence to touch Jesus' tassels and ask for healing and help. Amen.

Thank you for homilies that make me proud to be a Catholic. Thank you for homilies that remind me that the Mass is about the Eucharist, not the works of man. Thank you for consecrating the Eucharist so reverently that it moves me to tears. Thank you for the intensity of your worship and the love in your eyes when you look at your people and when you look at your God.
You are so right about the reverence Fr Mike shows during the Eucharistic celebration. I have observed many priest throughout my life during the communion time and father Mike, hands-down, is the most reverent I have ever seen. He is truly a gift from God for all of us in the front rope, especially The students ministers to.

I am not Catholic but go to Mass daily during the work week and will join September. The reason for going daily is its important to my spirtial morning routine to work with a clear mind and rested spirit. That said I'm lazy on the weekends and rarely go Sunday to my old church or my new Catholic parish. All that said, his message about green/growth struck a cord. I have been all about spiritual growth but not on Sundays? That's makes no sense, so I'm up and headed out to the 11 am mass. Thanks Fr Mike for the great message.

Green = love...and...growth, sure, but love- first and foremost. I mean, without love a garden doesn't stay green for long, does it?
Nope.
Back when I was first learning how to listen with spiritual hearing, I was, at the same time, studying the Chakra system to understand how energy flows work between ppl.
What was kinda awesome was that I figured out that if you add black (feminine energy (i.e. mother/earth)) to the chart then what you have is a new center. It's no longer the Solar Plexus, but the heart (the color green eminates from the heart) at the center of one's physical energy field (nevermind the center of that center which I won't get into here or now). Anyways, once added it then completely aligns with everything the bible says in regards to the heart (including it being...dah-ta-dun..., the center).
An unpure heart will favor a dark muddy color while a pure heart will show its colored light as dancing on the rays and beams that swirl about and all around it.
So, what's the meaning of all this talk? When David asked the goddess sea in Psalm 51:10 to create in him a clean heart, steadfast to that deity...well..., did he not get that? Yep, he did.
Lesson learned?
None. He died believing in the power of the goddess sea to wash and purify rather than in God as we know Him in and thru the life of Christ.

so I found Mull's monastery on YT and this is a good channel, very simple and they seem apolitical so far. Their liturgy also looks so ancient, the first christians had to pray like this, but I'm always to weak to listen to the whole divine liturgy of the orthodoxy, it's so long. Everything takes so long in the orthodox church :). But that priest speaks very well, maybe better than this one. At least he doesn't talk about his own family every time ;)

The key to getting people to attend Church is when they experience a non catholic service. Half my church is ex catholic including myself. It’s a message of Christ not man made traditions and liturgy. They need sermons not ceremonies
