- We're learning more about the death of Richard Simmons. The fitness personality reportedly wasn't feeling well on Friday, and thought he had food poisoning. At some point, he felt dizzy and fell in the bathroom of his Los Angeles home. His housekeeper reportedly tried to take him to a doctor. But Simmons refused, because it was his 76th birthday and he didn't want to be away from home. Jim Moret has more.
He suffered from depression. Hes free now. RIP ❤🙏🏼

Not just him. Liam Neeson's wife.axtress Natasha Richardson. In 2009 she went on a ski trip and fell off the lift that takes you on top of the slope. It wasnt a huge fall and she refused medical treatment.
A few hours later she didn't feel good and was rushed to the hospital and fell into a coma from bleeding of the brain and passed.
My Grandma fell asleep in her recliner and fell forward and hit her walker seat that was in front of her and ended up breaking her neck and didn't realize it until the next evening when her friend / hairdresser came by to do her hair and she just kept complaining about her neck so she told her I'm taking you to the hospital and they said her neck was broken and she needed emergency surgery and rods put in. She's lucky to be alive but she died four years ago so whatever😂
I didn't know Richard Simmons died ):! I was vistin san francisco with my gparents when I was a kid and dude hopped out of a limo randomly on the side of the street while we were walkin. Gparents of course knew who he was and we talked to him. Was so nice and energetic, I was so happy. Didn't know him for what got him famous, just for this amazing memory he provided me and that I am thankful for. RIP❤

He didnt go to the doctor.for six years. He had money why didnt he get at home doctor.visits? My aunt has that and they visit her and get blood work, urine samples done and refill prescriptions

And Natasha Richardson who fell while skiing several years ago and died shortly afterwards.

It was his prerogative to insist on remaining at home after falling, it was the other person's responsibility to get help.
She was an employee of his and probably feared losing her job. She did what he told her to do so his death is himself. Not on her.

Lots of them get fluid in the lungs from lying down for long periods. That's what happened to my grandma. My grandpa got drunk and pushed her into a table, she broke her knee, became bedridden and died a few months later from pneumonia. The risk is worse if they're a smoker.

76 is relatively young in this day and age..people live into their 90s!
