@@MiguelLopezFolk where in Spain, you write very good English! I was English years ago. I'm in the middle of France now. I started to learn the nyckel only 9 months ago and didn't play the violin either. So I'm sure I play worse than you, but it's getting a little better. I don't like noting for the bow at all, it takes me hours, as I like to have each note with its pull or push sign or else I get lost. Where in Spain are you and how did you meet the nyckel in Spain? For playing Swedish music or Spanish folk?
@@dididoo Thank you, but my english level is very low. I live in Madrid, in the middle Spain too. Years ago, I played guitar, lute, hurdy gurdy and accordion in a spanish folk band, but didn't play fiddle or similar. When I was young studied piano, but now don't play too much. The bow is difficult for me too, but I enjoy very much trying to play swedish music. I still don't have level for to play the nyckelharpa in a band, With musescore program I can play with other voices and sometimes I do little recordings .
@@MiguelLopezFolkI remember Madrid, I have visited a lof of Spain ! Me too I played the piano young and was in a french folk group, years ago, at Grenoble, I sang (with my English accent! ) and played diatonic accordeon, so left hand gets on with the keys OK. I like Swedish music too but try to play slower tunes too, sometimes Scottish/Irish tunes. It makes me concentrate on the bowing. Good to meet you!
