Sir, I live in India. But I am Nepali citizen. And I have a nepali passport. And I am trying to get thai tourist from via Delhi. But my Names, Date of birth, are different in Adhaar card (India) and Nepali Passport . So I can’t proof my residence in India. What should I do? If it’s not possible, I have to go to Kathmandu to make the visa. It would be easier if I can make in India.

There are practices in some cities in which notary official doesn't register the affidavit, but they mark their stamp.
If you ask for registered affidavit there is a different stamp for is.
