A catch and cook with not one, but TWO master sushi chefs?? You're living the dream bro! Watching these guys cook, seeing their amazing fileting skills, incredible knives and pans, and watching you work and converse so eloquently with these guys was a real treat! I don't think there was a single bit of meat wasted on those filets haha! Bravo guys, all around!
Yeah it's cool but makes me depressed --- I aint ever gonna have a sushi master chef on my fishing adventures! I just have to hope some lemon salt and a big stick of butter will do the trick.
