    Very nice numbers. I've got a Reefs 777 on 3s direct power and have no complaints. They're an AGF servo.

    holycrap, how have I never seen these before? Thank you! RTRs I always have the worst luck of the servos getting the shakes after a month or two of light bashing. So now I replace them right out of the box.

      Yeah, RTR will usually get you ready to run the store to get a real servo.

    Great review, even better servos. i use the 55kg in my k6s. What a monster!

      The 55kg from AGF is so good. It's just like the 66kg and it delivers the promised goods.

    That AGF Low Profile seems perfect for some Tamiya kits.

    • @RCReviewChannel

      For sure. Any tight application with scale cars or ones with an interior require a shorty servo.
      We tried MKS low profile servos too but they are pretty weak.

      Thank you. The results surprised us as most servos at Amazon over-inflate their torque claims.

    FYI, most of their programmable servos do not come set to full power and they have safety cutoff values that heat affects.

    Hey Guy, I think the torque should be higher than this test, i saw their video before to measure the stall torque should be fixed firmly for the test stand. I saw the metal part with screw lock is too loose, so the torque should goes higher than these.

  • @galactusgalan4233
    @galactusgalan4233 Před 2 lety +2

    Why did the first two servos get a pass? Their torque was rated 50% and 70% more than the actual values?

    I need some new servos for my 1/8 scale nitro truggy and electric truggys. What models AGF servos would you recommend. Thanks for the video!

  • @simonanderson3961
    @simonanderson3961 Před 2 lety +2

    Hmmm so low profile says 35kg but it's actually 20kg. The 23kg is actually 14kg... What's up with that??? Are all servos over rated like that? I want to replace my Maxx servo... The 2090 is rated at 20kg... Is thinking of getting a 35kg agf but if it's only actually 20kg then why bother? I don't get why you say "they're not lieing" when you have demonstrated that they're lieing?

    Can you review this one A280BVSW I'm having a hard time finding a good 1/5 servo for my Kraton exb. Any recommendations from anyone would be helpful. I have a 4pm radio. Reefs Beast 1000 won't fit.

  • @robertflower3226

    Why the test current is much lower than what AGF declared? I saw A81BHPW on the link, the current can go to 4.6A at 8.4V and torque up to 320oz. Which is correct?

  • @pisaitsun

    Is the servo black wire the same line? While rx and tx can manage Volt lower than servo.

    Will you try some power hobby servos please. I have a powerhobby 190mg in my kraton on 8v and it works great it's a 30 dollar servo claims over 500oz/in. I doubt it's that high but i like it.

    • @RCReviewChannel
      @RCReviewChannel  Před 2 lety

      I measured those before and they came out at about 70% of what they claim. So definitely false claims but for the price still strong and a good value

    The SA86 sounds like a good choice for my Traxxas UDR,🤔 What are your thoughts, I guess I would have to buy a BEC as well???

    • @RCReviewChannel
      @RCReviewChannel  Před 3 lety +1

      Yes, that would be ideal. A BEC is not required but to get the most out of the servo requires a configurable BEC that can go to 12.6v

      I think you'll find that they are AGF servo's. Many companies get them painted to their company or brand logos

  • @NepDouble07
    @NepDouble07 Před rokem

    The ratings on their low profile servos are extremely disappointing. A lot of their standard size servos are usually underrated... I would like to see them plugged into the programmer to see if their lower profile ones are neutered out of the box for heat reasons...

    It sounds like what you're saying is AGFRC has used plans and designs that were entrusted to them and misused intellectual property to sell as their own product. If I did not understand the statement correctly please correct me. 5:17
