And no trades in the offseason- you can't fix it until after the second season

Accept every CPU trade first year, no trades second year, only free agency, then make as many trades as you need and win a championship third year. Drag it out to fourth year if you need to, I've done this countless times and it's a great challenge

Fantasy draft but you have a random number generator for each trade, you have to accept all the trades through trade finder, and you have to put everyone up for trades

You should do NO trade finder challenge eventually. But I think you do an expansion team rebuild if that is possible.
