These are solid. Never bought the airpods because I know cheap and good pods would come out in a few years 😂
After my FreeBuds 3 of over 2 years started failing me with its battery life, I decided to get this because I needed a new set of earphones urgently. So I got the LP40 Pro (LP40S) in black. Works well. Only problem is the tapping response such as to pause videos/music isn't really responsive at times. But other than that, for its price, I can't complain. I've been using them for over 5 hours watching Netflix and listening on Spotify and the battery in the earphone is barely at 50%, very impressive imo. And just as comfortable in the ear as the FreeBuds 3 I've been using.
Can u please tell me what the bass sounds like?
I do feel it very unfair to make so much comparison to the AirPod Pro, what do you really expect for the difference in price.

These airpods are THE BEST, sounds EXCELLENT, they are intuitive when connecting and also they fell to the bottom in my coffee cup and NOTHING HAPPENED TO THEM!!!
The sound quality is good but if you're into bass, then that's the time that you have to look for another model. Very affordable and it's nice to wear, very lightweight.
There’s an increase bass setting in the iOS equaliser settings that helps a bit!

It you push them enough into your ear the bass gets better. Just don't hurt yourself.

Thank you for your detailed review here... addressing all the spec info I need, including side views of how it looks in-ear plus fallout shake test. From what I'm seeing in the counterfeit market, it appears these generic bootlegs are definitely producing variations of the Apple Airpods & Airpod Pros. It's too bad these companies don't put these bootlegs through good quality control checks, so therefore the specs like battery life are always inaccurate & falls short of true battery life per earbud charge, based on my experience & findings shopping for budget alternatives. Plus Lenovo is a big company, they should sell it cheap with better spec and make a name for themselves in the earbuds market.
Saying the sound quality is poor is very misleading and unfair. The sound quality is good! Maybe not excellent or great but it is definitely good especially at this price point.
I agree there's no punchy or thumpy bass but the sound quality is still (very) good.
Bought mine too. i agree with you, the sound quality is still good, but if you're into bass, look for other models.

u commented quite a while ago so i just wanted to ask if the ear buds still work? how long do they last as they are pretty cheap?
Think this is highly dependent on experience, I got these today and I would say for £2 they sound fine, acceptable, usable, but if they were £15 - £20 I'd be mega disappointed.
I bought them. Pretty decent tbh. For the price I paid for they did deliver as I’d want to. A bit quirky on the volume changing though it happens every once in a while so no big deal.

Lenovo LP40 Based on my Experience is good quality sound produce stereo sound it and loud feel in my ear the design is good for inserting my pocket the battery life is Long not easily to drain i enjoy used it.
I have purchased this LP 40 pro is amazing. Worth to buy them.

@@sunfyrei4065 airpods and all half in ear Design are not for bassheads because they struggle to give a decent sound quality with bass.
Go for the cheaper tws with silicone eartips for a better listening experience whether they're usb c or micro usb

To be fair. I want to add that im getting 8+ hours of nonstop use listening to documentaries at night(low volume) There is still minimal charge when i wake up with them still playing away loose on the bed. I prefer my over ear but got a pair as a gift and they are a decent supplement to rotate in the mix when appropriate.(videos,podcast, not music)

1 : squeeze button is kinda weird
2 : Airpods are more comfortable in the ear,this make hurt your ear just a bit

the touch sensors are kinda annoying, like when im playing and i adjust my earbuds it just plays music from my music app instantly, sometime even make assisstant go on, and when im watching videos when im adjusting it it stops the vid which is REALLY ANNOYING
The sound quality of the music was good. Maybe it depends on the source? I have a very good quality Mp3 source. I bought this device for US$7 during a sale. My only complaint is that, the touch button is too sensitive.

I totally agree with the sound quality review. No bass what so ever. In that regard, it is very disappointing. Other than that, for the price tag, they are OK.
I have a pair and just ordered another pair from Temu. The sound and quality is amazing so maybe you should order them from Temu . They’ve amazing sound but the come in a round case of color of black and white
The moment i tried them i hated how they sounded, as you said "muddy", still i prefer the LP1, much better and still a little bit pricer then those, difference of a 2 or 3 usd
im listening to u on it right now and trying to learn how to use it. The sound sometimes stops when the bud falls out or when I touch the sides...and i'm looking for the fastest way to switch them from connecting between my iPhone and the computer...

Is it normal that the green light doesn't turn off while the pods are charging in the case? That seems like an absolutely asine design choice, since it's wasting the battery...
I have installed an equalizer apps that greatly improves the sound quality of "cheap" tws.

In order to get the full bass experience you have to really push them in your ear and have your fingers holding them which sucks but they go hard
I found them very good, and already bought them, when they arrive I'll tell you my opinion.

On MIUI 12 Android 10 the battery level is shown in the Bluetooth menu. This may apply to other Android phones as well I believe.

While the LP40 is currently connected to the device, how do I unpair it from the LP40 and enter pairing mode?

Battery life is good with these, I get 5+ hours, better than the other lenovos, and I do like the open ear, very tired of every model being a silicon ear plug. That being said its buggy and doesn't sound great, but at the right price its ok for spoken content. The range is bad though, so it would have to be connected to a phone if you roam around. So yea quality control has to be improved or something if you got a bad one.
Can you use any of the earbus sides independently while the other is in the case charging 🤔
