      I have a question
      About fast twitch muscles
Bodybuilder and sprinter both have fast twitch muscles but in different sizes
So i guess that fast twitch is divided in 2 more types
      In big fast twitch muscle
And in small fast twitch muscle
      I just say ok
      I observe things

After doing your regular set of pushups add 10-15 more from the knees immediately after you're arms fail from the first set and they become almost twice as effective, I've been doing them for about a year myself and it definitely makes a difference even though they are easier
Eventually adding them to every set.

Hey, keep going, don't give up. It gets easier. I have a friend who was 400 lbs and he dropped 200 lbs after 2 years because he was consistent and never stopped a day. He was dying and hurting in the beginning but after a year, the big gym rats couldn't even keep up with him in cardio workouts. All it takes is consistency and never stopping. Good luck!

Now after 2 years, he can climb 200 floors (2 Empire State buildings) and bike 40 miles all around Manhattan. It's all about consistency and never giving up. Of course do exercises that your body can handle. He hasn't been injured yet since he followed my advice about going slow and steady, and gradually building up.

You won't get the physique in your chest like in this video unless you're supplementing sarms/steds. It's not natty and you can see gyno.
Plus like the guy said above you'll do your shoulder in which takes forever to heal.
I recommend Jeff Nippards chest workouts (he uses sites like ncbi that scientifically prove the workouts).
Track your calories, make sure you're going 200 cals or more over your TDEE and consuming enough protein.
Or you can take gear and look great if you don't want to be natty (stay away from sarms many haven't run human tests), test-e (inject) is the safer option to begin with but there are plenty of places to learn about all that stuff.

It’s possible if you already can do over a 100 push ups. I can do over 200 push ups in an hour, and that includes supersets. I do 20 a set then do 2 other exercises and some include chest exercises. If you can’t complete a set regularly, do push ups on your knees instead of your feet. You can finish your set that way. Plus I have worked my way down to a 15-20 second rest in between sets. Bottom line is this, you have to work your way up to the amount that is presented in this video.
Edit: also I do all of this at 4 am and all I consume is a bottle of water. If needed, you should drink a protein shake an hour before your workout and that helps crank out a few more reps.

@Carl Nipmuc Is this effective? If possible, you should try to do everything in one day but decrease reps. Or if your doing timed exercises say for instance an exercise for 40 seconds, decrease the time to 20 seconds. Each week you should see in increase in amount of reps and time you can perform the timed exercises. Just a suggestion my friend.

@Carl Nipmuc Of course. I was just asking was it effective and gave a suggestion. If it is, then I may try to split a few exercises myself. Never mind.

If your chest development is all from that workout, then you have quite good genetics. I'm not trying to insult the workout, by the way. It's good. It does have a very high number of repetitions. You don't fully go down to the floor and you don't fully extend your scapulas/arms at the top of the reps, so you're losing several inches of range of motion each rep. Try that and you'll see a huge increase in difficulty. Your workout is definitely appreciated. Good content.

Those numbers look impossible for the same day for the average build. It doesn't take long to do a few sets. Building stamina and core strength are important. Push yourself but start slow. Break up the entire plan into segments, and you'll be amazed after day 1 to see how many you finished. Im not built and a friend showed me a trick using a deck of cards to count reps. Flip cards until they add to 10 or more. Do them. 1-2 minute break. Flip cards. Repeat. Example: A-9 =1-9, J=10, Q=15, K=20. I was surprised when I finished the deck. By the end of the week, I was able to go through the deck once, two times a day. For reference, I was 5'9 170 lbs at that time and didn't exercise. For the unbeliever, try the deck of cards' approach daily for 1 week. By day 3, you should be doing it 2x. Now that you see it's possible, you know you can commit to a serious training plan. THAT will be the most crucial hurdle needed to commit. Then, it's just establishing your routine across the week, depending on what results you desire. Personally, i value strength and stamina over size. Just looking good won't get the job done. A healthy build regimen will take time to establish the core foundation to build on. Without a strong core, its all just fluff.

Be a bit careful when doing the close grip push ups (the first exercise shown in the clip) I tore my Rotator Cuff, the Supraspinatus Tendon the doctor said, doing them about six months ago and it still hasn't healed properly. I haven't done them recently but I imagine the decline version with your feet up on a chair is probably even worse (for me at least). I'm going to give the reverse grip ones a try shortly though, I don't think I've seen that variation before and it looks like fun.

Don't go to far down. Only go far enough to feel the muscles actually working. A lot of people have weak rear delts and when u go to far down and your rotator cufs can't flex all way in that down position. What happens is a torn rotator cuff, torn muscle or just pain in your real delts
