    Ingredients
    100 grm whole wheat gehu
    100 grm chana dal, toor dal, mashaallah/urad dal, and chaulai (lobia)
    100 gram normal rice
    Wash the above ingredients and soak minimum 8 hrs. Then grind to a rough paste. Keep aside
    Green masala: handful of chopped coriander and mint leaves, 3-4 green chillies
    Boil 1.5 kg mutton with bones and fat with little salt and turmeric till 50 % cooked
    200 ml oil
    Whole spices like cinnamon, green cardamom, bay leaf, cloves, peppercorns, zeera
    500 GMS sliced onions
    3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    250gms tomatoes
    Green paste made earlier
    Salt 3 tsp
    Lemon juice 3 tsp
    Red chilli pwd 1 tsp
    Kashmiri mirch 1 tsp
    3 tsp coriander pwd
    1 tsp haldi
    2 TSP garam masala pwd
    100 GMS curd
    Boiled mutton
    Lentils paste made earlier
    Chopped coriander and mint
    Birista for garnishing
