An EDM festival on St. Thomas feels like an obvious thing thing to do to make it a spring break destination, that comes with good and bad, I hope it doesn't dilute the local culture and festivals and music, but I will definitely check it out 👀. The pirate adventure is an awesome idea to do in the area, again - that should have been an obvious thing to do since pirates of the carribbean popularized pirates who once terrorized the seas in that area - I'm surprised I'd never heard of it, I'm going to check it out for sure as it looks sick!! Thanks for the list Camilla I've been down the the VIs once thanks to your videos and I'll probably bring my family again next year to try some of these out!

I've seen your videos before and it's what's made me think about it ever since. now just have to convince my lady to watch a grown man play pirates of the caribbean!
Haha, I know, it felt pretty cool! And the Virgin Islands have such a wild pirate history, it's super interesting! But what did you like about PR? We've been there too, but we 100% prefer the USVI, but they are SO different! Please feel free to ask me any questions you or your girl might have! I think the beaches, the drinks etc are all better in the Virgin Islands. And yes, then the fact that you can play pirates from the Caribbean is pretty wild haha! You can even chose to buy a little piece of jewelry and put it in the treasure chest, so when you guys find the treasure it's something for her in there too haha!

Lovely video. I’ll be at STT in a little over a week. A hike down to Santa Maria beach is high on our list. We made the hike last year and loved it. This year I want to visit water island and also ride the cable car.

@@CamillaJohannesen we went in the first week of July in 2022, honeymoon trip. The hike to Santa Maria is not bad. Minutely scary first time but I watched Marcus’ videos and felt confident in doing it with just my wife along. The uphill was worse, wife forgot her inhaler and might not be a hiker. She asked to go again to that beach this year. It was our favorite beach with the absolute best sand. Like powder. The cable car looks sketchy but I want to say I’ve done it.
Drive down to Bordeaux Bay. It’s easily accessible by a brave driver.

So this is probably my 3rd or 4th "Top Things to do" video from St. Thomas, so every year is varies. Like last year, all the 9 activities were on the island on St. Thomas! Hope you got some good tips!
thought the BVIs were still closed, did they have strict covid rules? Do you have to wear masks everywhere??
Nope! It's open now, and it was super easy to go through customs! And no, you did not have to use masks anywhere. If you saw a clip with us wearing masks, that was probably at Water Island back in 2021 during the pandemic.

Are you going to show places to eat for vegetarians/vegans? I'm guessing a lot has changed since covid I've watched your videos before i know ur vegan :)
This place is beautiful BUT STONE AGE for many things, if you’re out in town dancing & drinking THERE IS NO TAXI SERVICE!!! So do locals drink & drive???When I’m out drinking I don’t dare drive! That’s a BIG CON of this island…there’s not even UBER!!!
Your able to have only one 8pack of beer in your car so who knows
