love it!! I went for a class in bangtao fitness. It's an incredible experience, plus the class i attended was a packed beginners class with over 10 coaches.
My background is in jiujitsu and this environment is very welcoming. My fiancé was waiting me by the cafe shop while i was at class. After class I went into a ice tub for a charge of a reasonable $10 if my conversion is correct. Finally after a good 2 hours at the gym, we went and got foot massages two doors down which was 350 bhat for 1 hour.
Its a paradise experience!!
