vanilla pods cost a fortune!! I paid £17.50 and it filled a glass jar less than 2 INCHES!! Wouldnt buy it again! In fact i only used it once! lol.

I was prescribed 13 medications for years and everyday until I started using ginger... tumeric... cinnamon...cloves and a lot of other natural products and changed my diet in 2022 and I'm no longer on the 13 Prescribed Medications at all and my doctors are forbidding me from the natural way all except my cardiologist who confirmed that the cholesterol blockage in the artery vessel to my heart is GONE and I'm 63 now but I feel like my age has reversed to 36 LoL and I'm going to share this with my Sons who encouraged me to try the natural way and I'm thankful and Grateful for this and I have 21 Grandchildren LoL...to keep up with ❤😂❤😂

I use cardamom in my coffee is really good and tasty but you don't put a whole teaspoon you don't put a half a teaspoon I put a nice fat pinch
And I do not use sugar in my coffee ☕

I am from Kerala, south India, where coffee, tea and all the above mentioned spices and coconuts are grown and used in our daily diet. The reason that India was invaded from centuries back by multiple forein “traders” including the British was also that those invaders knew the benefits and values of these lifesaving spices.
For good measure I add ginger, turmeric, star anise, cloves, cinnamon and lemon to my tea. I’ll drink matcha tea with coconut milk and vanilla extract. I’ll alternate Ground Decaffeinated coffee with Mushroom coffee and add cacao powder, cinnamon and/or coconut milk.

@@annabellademus9719 Yes, in a 12oz mug with any tea bag, I’ll add ground ginger, turmeric, whole cloves, whole star anise -or- for a larger yield I boil water in a pot and add fresh ginger, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, whole star anise, sliced lemons, ground turmeric and raw honey (sometimes a dash of cayenne pepper) let simmer, serve hot and store the rest in mason jars.

To coffee you add a tiny bit of salt so any possible acid possibility is eliminated. And the taste of coffee is enhanced. In South America this knowledge is used, not yet in Europe.

Ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, turmeric, basil, lemon peel, coffee, cacao, vanilla beans, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, coconut milk. Coconut milk is only really wonderfully good if it is fresh. Or, at least from the inside of a coconut and not from a can or carton.
Nowadays we can even buy coconuts with their natural milk in them, but they are very expensive. I pray that you can go to the tropics and enjoy fresh coconut milk drunk with a straw on a wonderful beach.
Many cultures boil these ingredients to bring out the goodness. Also, often roasting gently in a pan to bring out the flavours before adding other ingredients. Fennel seed can apparently cause a reaction in some people. Personally, I find cooking with a teaspoon of fennel seed can really help my sensitive digestion more than any of these other wonderful aromatic spices and ingredients.

I always think of my Dad when I think of cloves. He always chewed them. I used to be able to buy cardamon ice cream, which was divine. But since moving, I can't find anyone anywhere who sells it. I have ginger and turmeric tea daily. Cardamon tea is good, too.
