Oh man, it's been 17 years since iCarly released on Nickelodeon when we we're kids
They brought it back recently it lasted 3 seasons

That's Nickelodeon for you even without Dan Schneider the network is shady. Speaking of the devil the only reason the show got canceled is because the OG Icarly cast stood by Jeanette on her claims against #DirtyDan. So it's nice to see where Nickelodeon's loyalty lie #JusticeForTheNickKids #JFTNK

Exactly. They left off on such a frustrating cliffhanger that it’s a no brainer to do a tv movie. Never understood why cancel on such a bad spot. Nickelodeon should have green lighted a tv episode or a couple episodes a while back to finish the story. Hopefully the movie can live up to the hype.

Her years are off. The first Despicable Me movie began production in 2008, which was 16 years ago. Since she is 31 now, the movies began production when she was 15, not 13.

@@christpoetry right. So the movie released in 2010, but the production began in 2008. I was basing this on the age she would have been in 2008 when she most likely recorded the audio for the movie.

The only way for the Icarly movie to happen or better yet for the show to come back, is for Miranda, Nathan Kress, and Jerry Trainor to buy back the rights to the show, and get as far away as possible from Nickelodeon. That network isn't safe anymore in fact it never was. Buying back the rights is the only way to save the legacy of the show and themselves #JusticeForTheNickKids #JFTNK
The network was safe, it was the directors and producers of some particular shows that were not safe. You know which director and producer I am talking about....

like Nickelodeon/Paramount is just gonna give up easy while i would love for the icarly franchise to be owned by Miranda, Nathan and Jerry it’s highly unlikely that it will ever happen in fact Nickelodeon won’t entertain it

Even though the iCarly reboot got canceled I still watch the original. It’s been 17 years since the show was on I went through my phase of liking Miranda Cosgrove when I was in high school when I heard that she was going to do the theme song to iCarly that’s when I started liking her music and I still listen to her songs from time to time and watch her on iCarly a lot. She was so little when she did drake &Josh, I like watching her on iCarly more, I’m so thankful that she is back doing the fourth Despicable Me movie. I cannot wait for it to come out and I’m going to watch it because I’m a big fan of her and I will always be an iCarly fan.

not true, auditions are months, sometimes even years before production on the project starts, n then theres another few months or even years until the project comes out. actors aren't lying abt it. 'despicable me' was announced in 2008, she auditioned for margot in early 2007 when she was 13. that's what she meant by "started".

It’s irrelevant in terms of the revival series, which Schneider’s Bakery had no involvement with. In terms of the original series, most fans can separate the art from the artist. That goes for all entertainment. So no, everyone won’t be outraged if a film is made.
